PPengguna AnonimEverything was fine except the ac heating was not working even it is adjusted to 30 degrees it was cold as winter so had to put on my coat. The room was clean but there were hairs on the towel and inside the sink. Apart from these the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

TTamuArrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight but this presented no problem. Check in was quick with efficient and attentive reception staff and a really comfortable room.

TTamuOverall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

TTamuWe were pleased with room, welcome and breakfast and ready to give a good review.
I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for…..
Unacceptable.
As a result we were late for a family funeral

DDawei 007A great location for the city centre although the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best! Staff were EXCELLENT, so helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good with all you can eat buffet. Kept me going all day! Would certainly recommend this place, and would happily stay there again.

TTamuFantastic hotel that's great for families! We had such a great stay with our 7 year old. Our family suite even had a special ”VIP” bathrobe and welcome cookies for our child. The service was exemplary throughout, as was the food (dinner and breakfast).
The pool/spa was divine - the whirlpool on particular was nice and hot, and you can even order cocktails to sip by the pool!
BE WARNED: there is an additional charge for the spa/pool when you book through a third party. We made a fuss about this and got the charge waived, but apparently it's included if you book directly with the hotel. This was NOT clear on the listing when we booked.

TTamuWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

TTamuAmazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol
