Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

這次是家庭出遊，我們4家共訂了4個套房， 設施：完善，床品很舒適 衞生：乾乾淨淨 環境：幽靜清雅，又不失新年的吉祥喜慶。 服務：非常周到和貼心。特別配有管家服務，我們的管家小張在入住後給我們介紹了酒店的路線節目，還給我們準備了象窩茶，一個房間一傷伴手禮。離店還有小禮品4份，艾草錘，杯子茶葉等等，小張姑娘連笑容都好有温度。 我們還坐了索道，逛了茶山，拍了無數好照片。哈哈哈 乘興而來，滿意而歸，到家立刻又泡了一杯象窩茶茶，感覺這次度假非常開心和愉悦。

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. A five-star review should honestly reflect the reviewer's experience with the product or service.loved it, I strongly recommend, I enjoyed lot, Thank you to freely hover golden shuitai hot spring town.

酒店地理位置優越，五分鐘左右就可以到國恩寺打卡。床品也挺舒適的，房間配備了象窩的礦泉水泡茶，還配有象窩出產的茶葉，這個必須點贊。由於前台跟布草的人員溝通出現了問題，一點鐘刷卡進入房間還是沒有收拾，幸好馬上來了兩個人一起收拾，一會就好了，必須為那個姐姐點贊👍總的來説算是不錯的

酒店位置交通便利，距離早餐店稍遠。房間內設施有電視機、空調、吹風機、熱水壺，有公共洗衣機，晾衣天台也有。房間內有點味道。
