I was lucky enough to encounter a front desk agent (later I heard her name was A-Qing) who had an excellent service attitude. She made sure our child's toiletries and other needs were well taken care of, which created a fantastic emotional experience. When the kids are happy, we're happy, so a big thumbs up! The hotel's facilities, however, definitely lack smart technology, which is where the price difference might be. Also, I'd suggest the hotel gets some goldfish; it's such a nice place, and I hope our child can feed fish next time we visit."

"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

We chose a three-bedroom room on the second floor. Although it's a walk-up building, the stairs aren't high, so it wasn't difficult for the elders. The manager even offered to help us carry our luggage up and gave us a breakfast voucher. The room had two bedrooms and a bathroom; all were quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with all necessary toiletries. It's very conveniently located only about a 15-minute drive from Guo En Temple.
