Hotel dengan Parkir Gratis di Kunshan

Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

***a dekorasi homestay ini sangat unik, setiap detailnya menarik perhatian.

Good bits: Near the mall just downstairs. The view is okay from 47th floor. Spacious room. Clean and up to five star standard. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Need to improve bits: The bathtub needs to be improved. No way to lie down and the click on drain button is right under the bum that means when you sit on the button and move a tiny bit the water will start to drain. Very anti human design.

Checked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.
