進入酒店大堂，熱情和周到撲面而來，大堂寬敞明亮，前台專業周到，辦理入住很迅速，切根據客人需要升級房間，整個流程流暢，客房非常乾淨，裝修風格很現代，且合理，用品很好，早餐豐盛可口，看得出是專業廚師出品，在阿拉爾屬於頭部酒店，宜商宜家的好酒店。

Very new and modern hotel. Staff were friendly. Close to a street with a lot of restaurants (many of them are Sichuan cuisine). Massage chair on the first floor. A/C worked well. Breakfast buffet was good. Apparently close to a military location of some sort, so for foreigners there is extra security checking. But closer to Tuomuer Canyon than Aksu.

太滿意了！從進門到退房全程都很順暢，前台小個子小姐姐服務很貼心，有需求響應也很快。保潔阿姨打掃得很仔細，桌面、窗台都擦得乾乾淨淨。房間乾淨明亮，用品齊全，睡得特別踏實性價比很高，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次一定還來！整體安靜又温馨，住得很安心，已經推薦給朋友了！

Huge and tidy room with big beds, seats, TV and water filter. Just noise from ventilation outside. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet with already warm food :) The service staff were very friendly and allowed us to overstay, because we came very late at the first day. That was amazing :)
