"A Heartwarming Stay at Alar Yishang Hotel: A Journey Beyond Expectations We are tourists from Shanghai, having traveled for over ten days. After comparing several hotels, we finally chose Alar Yishang Hotel, drawn by its high cost-performance ratio and reasonable price. However, our stay was a pleasant surprise that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel has only been open for six months, yet the overall environment is clean and tidy, with brand-new and complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with smart devices, making our stay comfortable and convenient. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were deeply touched by the warm service of the staff. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with our luggage, thoughtfully offering us hot tea, and carefully carrying our luggage to our room – every gesture made us feel incredibly welcome. Because we were tired from our journey, and being older, we weren't very familiar with operating the washing machine. Upon learning this, the hotel staff proactively took our clothes to the seventh floor to wash and dry, and kindly let us go back to our room to rest. When we returned from dining out, our clothes were neatly hung out to dry, almost completely dry. This meticulous and thoughtful care instantly dispelled our travel fatigue. In the evening, we did laundry again, and the staff were as patient and helpful as ever, providing consistently attentive service that truly touched us. We used a lot of bottled water, and when we asked, the staff promptly delivered it to our room without hesitation, demonstrating their dedication in every aspect. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also very thoughtful, with delicious flavors and a suitable variety, making us feel warm and comfortable at home. Whether it's the brand-new facilities, the excellent value for money, or the meticulous and heartwarming service, we were extremely satisfied and immediately decided to extend our stay. We are very grateful to all the staff at the Alar Yishang Hotel for their attentive care, which warmed our journey with sincerity and meticulousness. We highly recommend the hotel to every traveler visiting Alar and wish the hotel continued success!"

"After a long drive across the Taklamakan Desert, all we wanted was a good rest. We stayed one night in Alar, and this hotel was excellent. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel is quite large and the lobby is very stylish. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, with two 1.5m beds, and all three of us slept really well. The concierge, Xiao Dai, was very enthusiastic; he helped us with our luggage to the room and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and breakfast options. Overall, we had a wonderful trip to southern Xinjiang, and we even stayed at Meihua for the next three consecutive nights!"
