AAkkarpanOur stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury.
We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal.
We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!

DD & AWe had a wonderful stay at voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley. Everything about this place was perfect from the peaceful atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. It’s such a relaxing spot, ideal for a quiet getaway. The property is stunning, with lovely gardens and scenic views that make you feel instantly calm and refreshed.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore the Hunter Valley, or just enjoy some time away from the city, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend and would definitely love to return!

TTamuI had the pleasure of staying at this resort for one night and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was charming and serene, setting the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my stay was the wine tasting session, which was expertly curated with a delightful selection of wines that catered to both novices and connoisseurs. The staff's knowledge and passion for wines were evident, making the tasting even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's rest. While my stay was short, it left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning to this resort for a longer stay in the future.
