This is our home away from home in Paris! The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are immaculate and spotless. The staff is thoughtful and amazing, and the restaurant is our absolute favorite in Paris! They have secure parking as wellwhich is a big deal in Paris).

We stayed here for 3 nights. Pros……great Metro access Neighbourhood had some good bars and food and there is a park nearby Breakfast was good Decent sized bathroom Soundproofed Cons ……dreadful Wifi and TV channels Room small and quite pokey Not the most comfortable of beds to be honest Broken light- never mended Safe did not work and never mended Staff had typical French cavalier attitude of not being bothered about customer service- just shrugged when said safe non operational Overall the location was fine but this really was only a 3 star hotel and didn’t impress or stand out as anything to rave about and sure rhere are better hotels for the price.

As a solo traveler visiting the city for a concert at Zenith, this hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the metro, and it is very convenient for getting from the airport (RER B - Gare du Nord - (5) Bobigny (Pablo Picasso) - Porte de Pantin). There are a bunch of little cafes and markets around it for a quick bite. And the convenience of it being a 7-minute walk away from the concert hall was an absolute win for me. The neighborhood felt safe even when I was walking back from the concert around 11 pm. If you have a busy day ahead of you, I recommend having their breakfast as they have everything you'd need (croissants and pain du chocolat included=). Loved the design of the room, the cozy view from the windows. If there's another concert at the Zenith that I'll be coming to, this is definitely my top choice for the hotel.

Staff - mostly friendly, a basic request for an extra pillow took 24hrs to receive, and was far too much trouble for the evening receptionist who claimed the hotel did NOT have any spare pillows until I pushed the request the 2nd night. A lot of effort for a simple 2nd pillow. Room - Clean, basic, small, needs a refresh as walls spotted with mosquito pulp. WiFi - Terrible, non-existent or in the 100kb range. Location - Great, on metro line. Lots of nice budget family restaurant nearby. A good base location for Paris sight-seeing on a budget.

This hotel was fantastic- I would highly recommend. It’s in an ideal location if you don’t want to be in the noisy centre of Paris, but still with easy access to metro station and taxis. The restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic, with delicious food and friendly staff.

Good location near metros etc. Rooms are well appointed with aircon, sockets, minibar, hairdryer and a good shower. Cleanliness good standard. Reasonably priced (for Paris) Reception staff friendly. I would not recommend the attached restaurant though , poor food and even poorer service (see my separate review for the restaurant)

Some very good elements and some not so good. What was good. - nice functional room, very good breakfast, lovely reception staff, great access to metro (it takes about 20 mins to get to central Paris, nice bars and restaurant around the area (especially near the canal) The not so good. WiFi rarely worked, we were on the 5th floor and the room was very hot, there was air con but they were unwilling to turn on as a result windows were left open and we provided a feast for the local mozzies! I understand that AC is expensive but if you don’t want guest to use it don’t advertise it .

The worst hotel I ever experienced. Stay away if you do not want to lose your money. They charged me, then they cancelled the reservation, and I can’t get my money back. The hotel doesn’t reply to me, they don’t read my emails. So if you want to keep your nerves, choose another place to stay in Paris.

We wanted to thank you for an amazing stay overnight. Due to unforeseen circumstances related to the Eurostar strike we were forced to find a stay and we are delighted that we’ve been recommended your hotel. We’d love to send special thanks to a receptionist who was checking us in. She did an amazing work cheering us up and reassuring that everything will be fine. Her beautiful positive energy helped us to shift the mood and relax a bit. We wanted to share an update about us being able to get free ticket and we are on the train to London just now. One more time we wanted tot thank you for having us as guests and for doing an amazing work as a hotel. We will be definitely coming back ❤️
