Reception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.

This hotel is really surprising. It takes 5 minutes to reach Opera/Printemps/Lafayette. The environment is elegant and comfortable, and the service is attentive and meticulous. It made me feel at home. The reception service is five stars.

I booked this hotel near the Roissybus stop to use the bus. The receptionist was very kind and explained everything to me in detail. The room was well-cleaned and I had a very fulfilling stay. They also kept my suitcase for free after I checked out.

The room was a little small but clean. The bathtub is high so be careful. There was no refrigerator so I had to store my things in the refrigerator at the front desk (there is a minibar but it is room temperature). You can borrow a microwave when the breakfast room is open. The hallway is dark so please find the switch and light it up. The male staff in particular were very kind.

This time I went back to France for business and travel, and the location is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the opera subway station, and about 15 minutes to walk to the Louvre. There are many milk tea shops in opera, and there are rich Japanese and Korean cuisines. If you need to shop, it is also close to Galeries Lafayette. The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet. The front desk is also very kind. It is a very cost-effective choice.

If the card key is close to the mobile phone, an error may occur. The iron is on the counter. There is also a steam iron. For Koreans, shower towels are a must. Water pressure is weak, so it is recommended to wash in the early morning.
