Staf hotel sangat tidak ramah! Di penghujung hari pertama menginap, pengurus rumah tangga mereka memecahkan sesuatu di kamar mandi. Mereka salah menuduh kami merusak barang-barang mereka, dan mereka memaksa kami membayar 250 euro. Awalnya 500 euro Malam itu, pakaian dicuci di kamar, karpet basah, dan karpet dikeringkan setelah ditayangkan. Kami juga bersedia membayar sejumlah kompensasi, tetapi pihak hotel meminta kompensasi 500 euro, yang tidak dapat saya terima. Staf Ctrip yang membantu mengoordinasikan, dikurangi menjadi 250 euro. Keesokan paginya, sesuatu yang tidak menyenangkan terjadi lagi. Ketika kami keluar untuk bermain, kami melihat staf kebersihan dan memberi tahu mereka bahwa kamar kami tidak perlu dibersihkan dan di sana tidak perlu membersihkannya! Mereka setuju! Hasilnya, kami kembali di malam hari! Tidak hanya ruangannya yang dibersihkan! Barang-barang di kamar mandi dirusak lagi oleh mereka! Kami segera pergi ke meja depan untuk menjelaskan bahwa itu bukan kami! Staf kebersihan merekalah yang melakukannya! Akibatnya, pria di meja depan mengabaikan kami! Kami sangat takut diperas sehingga kami tidak berani masuk kamar mandi sepanjang malam! Saya sangat marah! Saya tidak ingin memberi mereka satu jempol pun! Ulasan buruk, ulasan buruk!

We walked out of the Metro for disgusting things found on the floor, then when we arrived at the hotel the man behind reception just ignored us and took over phone calls in-between asking for our name but wasn’t listening then answered another call. We wasn’t allowed to take our pram upstairs with us, even though our child was sleeping. It was very noisy as it is near the hospital and unfortunately it was bin day. The view from the balcony was nice. That’s my only positive. The room was cramped and two other beds place in the room, there was a fan but an industrial one so made such a racket! The bathroom was modern but very very small!

Awesome place to stay walking distance to everywhere in Paris lovely location around.

Great hotel with amazing staff especially the reception guy who went out his way and ran to get us our suitcase just in time to the train station after we forgot it at the hotel. Nice breakfast, great location will definitely stay here again

A nice hotel around gare du nord, in a fair neighborhood. Staffs at reception are nice and helpful. Hotel room provided the essential amnesties listed but would require more for personalized accommodation. We stayed for five days and would say it’s in a fair value.

Loved the hotel and the services. Staff members are really very nice and helpful. Location is just too good. One can get a metro train in just 5 mins. Fully secured hotel with 24hr desk. Too good❤️

Easy to find, near to Gare De Nord and surrounding with shop, eateries etc.

Took metro line 4 back and there were a lot of gangsters and questionable people at the exit doing ***** and stealing :/ the area not safe

Excellent value for money! Very nice bathroom. Kettle in the bedroom very useful. Good location for taking trains/eurostar

Was allowed to do early check in and super appreciative of it. However, the showers was a little small and the hot water was confusing as it was wrongly labeled. Other than that, location and cleanliness was good.

We would definitely recommend the hotel for it’s location as it’s walking distance to some nice tourist spots and restaurants, also the hotel is close to two different train lines which makes it easy to get around the city. One negative is the rooms don’t have air conditioning which means during summer they can be very hot, although they do provide a small fan.

Really nice& good location

They didn’t cancel my booking when I had urgent reason, after the first booked day that I didn’t check in they gave my room to another person, weird behavior.
