Just got back from staying here with my 12 year old daughter. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially Anastasia on reception. We upgraded to the Eiffel Tower suite which I hugely recommend. Couldn’t fault it. Very clean and perfect situation for getting out and about with very close metro links. Thank you x

Rude customer service. I booked through ***********, and as i am rated as genius level 3 i got quite a big discount. The booking was confirmed through *********** with an official confirmation. I requested some additional information and only then i was informed that the hotel decided not to accept my booking as probably my discount ment that i did not pay them enough for my stay. They said that my booking was a hack. As this was quite a shocking statement i cancelled my credit card and contacted *********** customer service. My booking was not a hack, but probably below their acceptable price. They should not make statements like this, as it causes alarm bells that are not required. When i asked for further clarifications, they never replied. My booking was not a hack and was an official booking through the booking website. Very disappointed as it caused a lot of stress verifying if this was indeed a hack, blocking my card etc.

Very friendly staff especially George on reception, very clean, bright room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing, lady who looked after the area paid so much attention to cleaning and keeping things stocked up. I would love to stay here again, nothing negative to say and good value for money considering the location

It was clean, very well designed, comfortable, everything was mostly good! Staff were friendly and very responsive when we raise an issue. Loved it overall! The fact that the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom with the first shower. However, staff immediately fixed this and cleaned the bathroom when we raised this issue. Thank you!

We came in the middle of a heat wave and were told our room had ac. The ac was broken but no one warned us. Our room was on the top floor and extremely hot, neither me nor my husband could sleep. When we complained the manager accused us of being ignorant americans who do not know about French AC systems. I lived in France and did not appreciate this attitude. Unbelievably experience. Staff in general were very rude and the check in process is unbelievably slow.

MY JEWLLERY that I left in the room because the safe was not working suddenly “disappear” . very cheap construction on the inside. my partner shut the door from the room and a piece of metal hit him in the head. the shower doesn’t close properly and all the water would come out. The toilet doesn’t have a window or a fan. the safety wasn’t working till I let them know. do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!

We stayed here for 4 nights and are so pleased to have found this gem! This hotel was beautiful! Recently renovated - super clean and modern. Fantastic location. Friendly, helpful staff! Always someone on the reception to help. Would highly recommend! Thank you for your wonderful stay 🥰

Bedbugs warning! The number of bites increased since my first night, by the last, I was covered. I found bugs hidden in the bed. Other problems: noise from the road and from other rooms, and rude staff.

I has booked this Hotel for 2 Nights as a non refundable rate. Unfortunately i had to postphone my stay to november. I contacted the hotel through *********** 13 days prior to my initial arrival date for the first time without any response. Few days later again i wrote the Hotel still no feedback. Afterwards i wrote to the Hotel mail directly but no reply from the hotel. I even try to reach the hotel by phone several times in different days but nobody picking up the phone. Finally i could reach one staff but nothing he could do. I really disappointed by the service provided of this hotel. From my point of view as a past receptionist from a hotel it‘s hard to understand this Lack of professionalism.
