Semuanya baik-baik saja kecuali kamarnya agak kecil

Secara umum sikap pelayanannya kurang baik

Kecil sekali. Hanya bisa disebut hotel. Lebih baik karena transportasinya nyaman.

Kebersihannya bagus dan lokasinya bagus. Makanan dan minuman di sini semua ada di jalan yang sama, tapi kamarnya kecil sekali! Luasnya sedikit sebesar ruangan dalam Potret Diri Van Gogh, dan hampir tidak cukup untuk satu orang untuk tinggal di tempat tidur single yang kecil.

Lokasinya bagus, dekat kereta bawah tanah.

Saya berada di lantai pertama jadi saya tidak bisa membuka tirai.

The services was unhuman! we booked the hotel for three nights but because our passports delayed from the embassy we missed flights and had to rebook. we arrived the hotel on 1st may and they told us we never showed on day one so our booking is no show. The guy went ahead and told us to go away other wise he will the police. Imagine our first time in Paris we only speak English it was my worst experience. They didn’t  care at all they didnot try atlist to get us another hotel yet our booking was still on but they they said no room for us ….. I wish I could right all what happened to us  We nearly failed to get a room all hotels around were full🥹

Nice hotel, strategically located near grocery and restaurants. But very small bathroom and the water either too hot or too cold, nothing in the middle, took a long time more than 5 minutrs to only adjust the water

Perfect location for ease of transportation and a one stop spot for eateries and local shops.

Overpriced and front desk staff was rude. Made us pay extra at the front.

L’hôtel Saphir est dans un bon emplacement, facile à rejoindre la Tour Eiffel, l’avenue des Champs Élysées, la place de la Concorde, le Musée du Louvre et tant d’autres places touristiques de Paris y compris même la place de La Défense (Nanterre). Un service 24h/24 et les chambres sont merveilleuses.

Tout parfait. Propreté, acceuil, situation top.
