They charged me the city tax for 2 people when it was just me, 1 So i asked them to make a refund and they told me they would do it on the day of my check out And on the day of my check out they told me their boss was not in town or something, and gave me their business card telling me to write them an email So i did TWICE and still havent got any feedback from them It’s been over a week since.. So frustrating

Very clean and good location

這是我們第一次來這裡，我們很興奮，前台很棒，房間很棒，只是缺少冰箱。配凱撒醬也很好吃，餐廳氣氛很美。 我們會回來的，位置很方便，免受風吹和天氣影響！一切都很完美，真的可以推薦這家飯店

O hotel é super bem localizado, fica próximo a torre e dá pra ir até ela a pé, além disso, fica a poucos metros de grandes mercados e lojas. Outra facilidade é a proximidade de uma estação do metrô. Foi ótimo!

Everything is a mess at that place and they just dont care about ther clients. It all started when i left my suitcases befor checkin and they said they would take care until i got back at chechkin time, when i got there my suitcases were in the middle of the lobby, with no one there to watch and everyone that passed by on the street could not only get in the hotel but could take my bags. At checkin i was told the air conditioner wasnt working but it would be fixed until the next morning, didnt happen, everyday they said the same thing. I had two reservations, one from july 26 to july 31 and the second from july 31 to august 1. I stayed there until the 30th wit no air, until i decided they were messing around and making promises that the air conditioner would be fixed everyday. On the 30th i left to another hotel because it was so hot i couldnt sleep in the room. I asked to cancel my second reservation and they said they coul not do anything because it was nonrefundable. So they were not prepared to receive guests, and i had to pay even if it wasnt possible to stay there due to the temperature being so high in the rooms. They dont speak english and it is so hard to talk to everyone at that hotel, i tried emailing them, calling, and all they said its that they could do nothing.

3성급으로 표시되지만 좋게 봐야 2성급입니다. 우리가 숙박한 4층의 경우 3층에서 엘리베이터를 내려 계단을 통해 올라가야 하는 '하녀방'이었고, 지붕에 면해 있어서 더운데 하필 방 3개를 제외하고 에어컨이 고장났을 때 숙박하게 되었습니다. 문제는 (1) 체크인 시 에어컨이 고장 났다는 고지가 없었습니다. (2) 에어컨이 고장 난 것 같다고 문의하자 "내일 방을 옮겨 주겠다"고 거짓말로 속여 1박을 하게 했습니다. (3) "선풍기를 한 대 더 가져다주겠다"고 했지만 다시 확인해 보니 남는 선풍기가 없었고, 방 안의 전기 콘센트 3개 중 1개가 고장 나서 추가 선풍기가 있었어도 사용할 수 없는 환경이었습니다. (4) 2박 후 체크아웃 시 짐을 맡기며 오후 3시까지 찾으러 오겠다고 하자 오후 2시까지는 와야 한다고 합니다. 그리고 우리의 짐을 데스크 옆에 그냥 두었습니다. 짐을 보관하는 전용 공간이 없는 호텔이 존재한다니 믿어집니까? 심지어 짐 찾을 때 필요한 어떤 증명도 없이 대충 메모만 해서 꽂아 두었더라고요. 참고로 다른 호텔의 경우 에어컨이 고장 났다는 이메일이 먼저 도착하고 체크인 시 방을 보여준 뒤에 업그레이드까지 진행해 준 바 있습니다. 이 호텔은 사전 고지도 없었거니와 부분 환불도 없었고 제대로 된 보상을 해 주지 않았어요. 이 호텔을 예약해 준 중개 플랫폼에서 자체적으로 보상해 주기로 한 상황입니다. *청결도: 1박 후 외출하고 돌아갔을 때 욕실 청소가 제대로 되지 않아 불쾌한 장면을 확인했습니다. *면적: 4층의 경우 좁을 뿐만 아니라 지붕이 기울어져 있어 더욱 협소하게 느껴집니다. *미니 냉장고 없음, 서비스 생수 없음. *옷을 걸 수 있는 공간도 충분하지 않습니다. *올림픽 기간이라 평소의 2배 넘는 가격으로 숙박함.

Hotel situato vicino fermata metro e bus utili per poter raggiungere tutte le attrazioni, a due passi dalla torre Eiffel, pulito ed accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile in particolare Annamaria che ci ha sempre supportato per ogni esigenza. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Fin juin climatisation non fonctionnelle sans avis préalable, obligée de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et réveillée par la pluie… pas idéal pour un voyage d’affaire. Au lieu de s’excuser le personnel s’est lancé dans une explication sur les économies d’énergie! Pas de fer ni de planche à repasser, ni sèche cheveux dans la chambre. À peine du gel douche jaune fluo… on trouve forcement mieux pour ce prix!!!!

Очень плохой отель, фотографии вообще не соответствуют действительности, маленькие номера, на ресепшене сидит хамовитая Аннамария, итальянка, похожая на хамку с рынка, завтраки - это катастрофа! Я такого нигде не видела! Есть нечего! Круассаны поштучно, кому не хватило - бегает персонал покупает в соседней буланжери, яйца нужно варить самим, плавленные сырки и йогурт. Жили в другом отеле с меньшим рейтингом - завтраки, персонал, комнаты все получше гораздо. Повелись на отзывы в гугле и сайте букинг - сплошное вранье! В номере нет ни чайника, ни шкафа и места для одежды!

Un hotel piccolo e molto accogliente. Camere piccole (almeno la nostra) con letto alla francese, ma molto pulite e calde. Molto gentili alla reception dove ti spiegano molto bene cosa c’è nella zona o come raggiungere i vari posti. Una menzione speciale per la professionalità e la simpatia di Annamaria della reception!

Hôtel convenable. Rapport qualité prix positif pour 130 €. On peut peut-être trouver mieux, mais il y n'a pas eu de mauvaise surprise. Points positifs : quelques places de parking, petit déjeuner riche et varié, chambre dimensions appréciables, SDB petite mais propre bien entretenue, linge impeccable, accès métro immédiat, quartier assez vivant (petits restau/brasseries à tarif raisonnable). Points moins positifs : déco et meubles de la chambre un peu dépassés, moquette de la chambre propre mais vieillissante.

Deux nuits payées d’avance Un décès familial après la première nuit et l’autre refusée d’être remboursée malgré les promesses Indigne de commerçant Ces façons de faire dans de telles circonstances ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel voulant être de qualité
