Отличное расположение на пляже, где по утрам на завтраке можно наблюдать как купают слонов в море. Вкусные завтраки, тихо ночью.

Отличный отель с красивой территорией. Много тропических растений. Хороший бассейн. Хороший завтрак. Удобное расположение. Большой и удобный 3-х местный номер-бунгало с большой верандой.

衞生一般，感覺被子都沒有換，酒店風景還可以，也比較寬敞，性價比一般

ดีทุกอย่าง สะดวกสบายห้องพักสะอาด ใกล้เซเว่น หาดสวยค่ะ

What I liked: Beachfront villa was really nice, the porch furniture was highly appreciated and sleeping to the sound of the waves was perfect. The villa itself is not the most modern one or the cleanest one, but it has everything you need. Location – right on Kai Bae beach, close to a lot of shops and restaurants and sometimes you can see the elephants in the water. The bar is nice for sunset, the people are very friendly and the drinks are good. What I did not like: Breakfast - one of the worse food qualities around the island. The butter is actually the vegetable margerine thing, low selection on fruits (pinneaple and grapes?), one type of yogurt which is very sweet and filled with sugar, even the spring rolls and pancakes seem frozen. No beach chairs available – maybe this would be nice at least for the beachfront villas. The beach gets super crowded during the day (at least in high season) so you barely have any place to relax. Also - it is a beach with a lot of families with kids, so it is always very very very noisy - not event on nice deck of your bungalow you cannot get some quiet time during the day. The 2 massage beds are right next to the bar and to the lawn where the big families with kids gather. There is no privacy or no way to enjoy the relaxing waves during the massage because of the bar noises and the kids scraming on the lawn litteraly 2 meters away from you. Spoty electricity and wifi – I have to say that the days and nights were very windy and this could be related.

They couldn't do more great friendly staff who went above an beyond for us... My friend come down with covid on are last day there and the hotel did everything they could to help with sorting out the doctor to sending him food and drinks to his room... they did everything they could to help

Отель в хорошем расположении относительно пляжа, местных магазинчиков. На выходе с территории отеля палатка с фруктами и шейками. 7/11 200 метров. Идеально. Завтра были очень достойные для данной ценовой категории. Рецепш обновили, выглядит очень стильно и современно. В лоби баре приличная кофейня. Для семьи с детьми- идеально!!! Молодым парочкам будет скучно. На пляж приводят купаться слонов. Веселенькие) Сниму балл за мутноватое море и отсутствие лежаков на пляже. Были бы лежаки однозначно были 5 баллов от меня.

Le cadre est très beau. Les bungalows sont confortables. Les cocktails sont très bons. Venons-en maintenant au service déplorable tant au bar qu’au restaurant. Jamais je n’avais vu un staff aussi déplorable. Ils sont très fainéants. Passent leur temps sur le portable. On a vraiment l’impression de les déranger lorsqu’on passe un commande. Ils ne débarrassent jamais le bar ou les tables…ils faut prévoir à commander bien en avance les plats ou les boissons. En deux mots ils « s’en foutent »…vraiment dommage Comportement très surprenant au vu de la qualité du service habituel en Thaïlande. J’ose espérer que la direction prenne en compte les commentaires mais j’en doute fortement car nous avions l’impression qu’il n’y avait aucun manager…

Zum wiederholten Male waren wir im KB Resort. Die Rezeption befand sich in einem neuen Gebäude und auch die Strandbungalows waren neu. Wir hatten einen dieser Bungalows in der ersten Reihe am Meer, etwa 3-4 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Nur einige Kokospalmen trennten uns vom Strand. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut und sauber mit großem breiten Bett und einer schönen Veranda mit einem Tisch, Bank, Stuhl und einem schönem "Liegesofa". Wer bei dieser Lage und dem Blick auf das Meer den Fernseher im Zimmer nutzt, verstehe ich nicht.

Schönes Hotel,zu empfehlen,besonders die Cottages.Ruhig,nettes Personal und direkt am Strand.Was gar nicht geht,ist das Internet.Also wer versucht hier irgendwie zu arbeiten oder etwas online zu erledigen ist falsch.Dann lieber kurz ins Nachbarhotel gehen und sich mit 8 einloggen und alles ist gut.
