The hotel room was noisy, can hear road noise, metro rumbling every few minutes, women in room talking no ext door, and AC unusual loud continuous noises very early morning. No sleep possible. Small hairs on bedsheets.

The room was small, as expected, but it was indeed very cozy, modern and clean. Booked the hotel for being close to Gare Montparnasse, and it was really well located.

The hotel is in the very busy theatre neighborhood; lots of places around it for dinner and drinks. Our arrival was smooth, the receptionist was very friendly and we received a coupon for a drink at the hotel bar. Our room was clean, had probably been refurbished recently because everything was spotless. The bed was extremely comfy, the shower was perfectly warm and there was a kettle and some tea bags, along with some cookies and a complimentary water bottle as well. Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and qualitative: juices, bread, cheeses, jams, eggs, cakes... Hats off to the lady in charge of the breakfast as she was extremely efficient and really friendly.

I really recommend this hotel, the room was comfortable and the service was so amazing letting me check in rather early. The staff were very friendly and I much preferred staying in this less touristy part of Paris as it felt much safer / cleaner. I will be returning

The hotel is small and exquisite, about 15 minutes away from the MRT station. There is no elevator to go upstairs, but recently Parisians are very friendly and will take the initiative to help carry luggage up the stairs😻 After exiting the elevator, you can walk along the street to the hotel. There are many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc., and the living functions are quite convenient. There are PCs available for borrowing in the hotel. The back garden makes the restaurant quite bright and you can enjoy it no matter the weather is good or bad (you can drink hot water and watch the rain on rainy days). The tea bags provided by the hotel are very good and have many flavors. After the restaurant breakfast (cost 14 euros) time, the space can be used by guests (coffee and tea are provided), and alcohol is provided in the evening (extra payment). The room is brightly colored and has many small details (the bathroom mirror has a frame that can hold small skincare products, the bathroom has a simple shelf for personal items, the sink is large, there is a towel drying rack, etc.) Although the space is limited, it has everything you need. The hotel staff was friendly. Although there were stairs at the door, the auntie was still very enthusiastic to help me carry my luggage up. The receptionist at the counter also spoke good English and we could communicate very clearly.

This is the case when reality exceeded expectations and we liked everything - location, rooms, staff and of course a wonderful breakfast with wonderful fruits. Special thanks to the guys at the reception for recommending a restaurant nearby - we have never eaten such delicious oysters.

Very good, I recommend it, very quiet and close to Gare Montparnasse, a place full of history.

For the money, 70 euros per night with breakfast, for the weekend it's not bad at all. The metro is very close, if you need this line, but other stations are also within walking distance, 10 minutes, clean, tidy, good breakfast. Everything you need is there!
