Poor value for money. Very dirty with fungus on the walls and floor no real hot water And when they came to clean they left the balcony dirty..

Easy check-in, clean and peaceful hotel! This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's not that bad as we saw on the review, acceptable with the price. Anyway, this hotel has a good beach view! We love that!!

The manneger Pam is the worst!!! She yelled at us ! She hang up the phone on us … she told me “go to sleep” and ******* blocked me! My experience there is the worst!! She blocked me … no one is in the reception…. So if it was a fire or something was happening nobody is gonna here you ! No WiFi Nobody speaks English! They are looking at you like an Elian… very uneducated workers…. Worst experience ever !!! Tourist Don’t go ! Pay all of your money for a normal hotel , or sleep in the beach it’s even better… just don’t pay to this hotel and to be yelled…. No hot water in the shower… A lot of insects and creatures inside the room … Do a favor to your self … if you don’t wanna ruin your amazing trip in Koh Pangan

The seaside rooms are affordable and comfortable, but there are too many mosquitoes outside. I recommend bringing some mosquito repellent when staying there. Overall, it's great to wake up with a view of the sea right outside your door; very relaxing.

Place is nice and location. I’m impressed with khun Pam. She is very nice and kind. Their service is the best!! The price is acceptable for the quality. It was my boyfriend birthday. I called Khun Pam 4 hours before arriving. She prepared the cake and small flowers for my boyfriend. What a good service! We will come back for sure.

This is a really nice place to stay at. The room is cozy, the shower is good and the pool is really nice. I advise this place to book))

The room we got had beautiful view. Hotel needs updating. No food from here etc. But for price was ok.

Great little place right on the beach! Pool right next to the beach, and lovely little rooms! And just a 5 minute scooter ride from the pier! All in all very nice place

The place has really good location, in the busy area of the island. The hotel has access to the beach, and is good for sunset. The staff at the hotel super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is acceptable for the price, but most of things need to be renewed, as well in the territory.

Nice and friendly owner. They help and arrange everything for you ( Scooter, transportation to fool moon party and they brought me to the ferry pier).The pool is super nice and directly at the beach. Nice sunset.

Great infinity pool, no breakfast service at all. the lady at from desk kind and helpful.
