The overall condition of the hotel is poor, the renovation is very old, everything is shabby. Bed linen and towels are stained, the doors are all upholstered.
Staff: we felt disrespected and neglected.
Room amenities: no refrigerator, no place to dry clothes, a safe in the closet that is not securely attached, no hooks for towels, but for some reason there is a device for creating creases in trousers.
Breakfast: croissants, boiled eggs, some fruit, yogurt, muesli, coffee and tea, juice. That's all.
We wanted to return the money for the reservation, with the consent of the parties this is provided for in the application, but the hotel refused!

Nice hotel in the middle of the city.
But the space is not spacious, prepare if you bring big or lot of luggage.
They don’t provide water kettle too in each room make it inconvenience to get hot water down in the restaurant
