Not recommend if you with any luggage. Rooms are small, most importantly, need to climb stairs even after used the elevator.
The climate control of the room is not working. Need to open windows for air, when outside just 5°C.
At last, requested late check out and the staff agreed, but keep calling and said the cleaning lady is waiting in the lobby nothing to do. To be honest, no wonder the room is not clean when the cleaning lady can finished 30+ rooms within 2 hours. The receptionist even angry on us for the late ( we requested 12pm checkout and we got all the calls since 11am and we left at 1140).
Be fair, the location was great, just 5 mins walk from Station. But for all the problem mentioned above, sorry but I don't recommend.

Front desk staff were wonderful but the cleanliness under the bed (old bottle, dust) had to be pointed out. Also could hear everything in the next room. It's well located though and the Italian restaurant next door a dream.

Great location close to restaurants, laundry mat and supermarkets , their rooms are clean and well kept and the staff are super friendly. After checking out, they can keep your bag while you make one last round in town.

During our recent business trip to Paris, we had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Eiffel Segur for a week. The hotel's location is ideal, with a plethora of excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Furthermore, the proximity of the metro station and several bus stops made transportation incredibly convenient. We appreciated the hotel's accessibility to popular tourist attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower, as well as shopping areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which added to our overall positive experience.

The hotel is well placed for sight seeing just a 15/20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and right next to the metro. Plenty of places to eat and relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. The hotel was clean and the staff extremely helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning was excellent which set us up for the day. The rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels etc. Will definitely book again!
