A bit disappointed. I found hair on my sheets on the first day. My door was left unlocked after cleaning, good thing nothing was missing. Location wise its very convenient cos its near Gare du Nord. Staff were approachable. It has a few convenience stores as well.

Overall it was just an average hotel in good proximity to the station. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets weren’t particularly clean, nor was the shower. The staff were amenable and I can’t fault the service.

Bathroom should have a shower "wall" to block water from spraying into other parts of bathroom. It would be nice to have small refrigerator and microwave in personal room although "community" appliances were provided in another area of Hotel.

My twin and I celebrated our birthday in Paris and found this place a lovely alternative to big hotels. Location is close to metro and if you like to walk … which is doable as well. We made all the rounds, found a clean room upon return (4 night) and ever so friendly staff which made us feel as we were the only guests! Yes, the hotel had other guests …. we noted at breakfast time. Everyone is friendly in the small breakfast nock! Nice choices to choose from and all fresh produce! The fact that no carpets were in the room made it clean, the flower’s and champagne we pe- requested were nicely awaiting us, making it a beautiful start on the small terrace! We would definitely return.

Room was on ground floor at street level, right next to reception. Room was basic. Bed not that comfortable. Bathroom had a handheld shower with a seat for someone with a disability, which neither of us are. Shower drain was a bit stinky and smelt out whole room. No kettle in room. Bedding a little out of date. Staff were friendly.
We did opt for cheapest option, so May recommend paying slightly more for better room.
Would I stay here again, probably not.

Took a risk to book for one night as it's close to Gare du Nord, and unfortunately it wasn't great. The lobby area is welcoming but that's about it. They advertise as having wifi but it's only available in the lobby - not on the floors of the rooms. The older man who oversees front desk during evening shift was rude - when I asked about the wifi he called me down to the lobby and then shooed me off ordering me to "Go", as if I had asked an offensive question? Very weird. (The younger receptionist there during the day was nicer) Towels were tough as they don't use fabric softener. I don't think I would stay again even for the price.

I had a spacious room here for two nights. Everything of a good standard. The hotel receptionists charged a 10 euro city tax. I think it is normally supposed to be two. The same person was not there the next day. They regularly change the staff on the front desk. Watch out for this one.
