Although it was a sudden stay, they were flexible in accommodating us. Amenities are also abundant, including shampoo, body soap, towels, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, water, etc.

The assigned room door wouldn't lock, so I had to change rooms. I had applied for a room for 3 adults, but there was no extra bed. The cushion on the child-sized metal bed was completely sunken. The problem was that breakfast wasn't ready the next morning, so I had to wait until around 9 o'clock. The hastily prepared meal was just cold bread with ham and cheese. There were no eggs, fruit, or milk in the morning! The coffee machine was in the kitchen, so I had to ask the staff for some. Is this the level of a 4-star hotel? I held myself back, blaming myself for not checking the ratings carefully, but Trip.com, which sells hotels like this, can't be said to be free of responsibility. I was disappointed. I don't plan on using Trip.com for my next trip.

The room is small, only one person can stay alone. You have to check in after 2:30. Otherwise, additional money will be charged.

The room and toilet are not very clean, the lobby is ok 😕
