Amazing hotel. Great staff. Harsha at front desk was just superb. Also the staff at breakfast buffet were splendid and served with a smile. And they are packed from 7am onwards Want to mention Dilip and Darshan for their exquisite service. The pool was rooftop and even though it got hot the pool itself was very relaxing.

In room dining took very length time than promised. And while items were not delivered in one go .. they took more than 30 minutes to deliver missing items

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and casinos. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Nice location. Close to casinos if you are planning on going Hotel is a bit old but well kept. Can take it to a higher level with better room maintenance Gym and pool facilities are nice

Exquisite hospitality and lovely service. We were served with warmth even if it came to safety pins delivered to our room and medicines at night. Anish from the restaurant staff was very sweet. We were so comfortable, things were squeaky clean and coincidentally Sir Tata’s news about his warmth towards our indies was floating-we were so proud to say we were staying at a Viviana. Keep it up!

Have stayed at vivanta panjim many times, your service and food quality is as good as it was the first time, but now its time for refurbishing the upholstery For the first time i experienced some kind of discomfort with linen and bed sheet may b its time to upgrade it

The location is very good. Centrally located and close to casinos. We had a wonderful experience starting from reservation to reception to restaurant and room comfort. At all stages staff were courteous and willing to assist to our satisfaction.

This hotel is a great place to stay when in Panjim. Walking distance from the Mandovi River-and other points of interest. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well designed and very clean. Taxis outside main gate, very handy. Breakfast excellent and restaurants very good. Chef made a tasty Sweet Chilli Paneer requested by me as it wasn’t on the menu. Delicious.

Hospitality at its best. Fine dining and superb pool experience on top of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this property and celebrated our anniversary. Room service team did there job beyond expectations and also surprised us with special way of greetings.

Property is ok. Since it is in city centre there is no view from the rooms. But the food is good. Particularly the chef Mr.Negi is very experienced and great in.fulfilling your expectations of food He always humble and ask for your preference and prepare the food accordingly

Great location for work or holiday. Close to the beach (just a 15 min walk) as well as the charming local market (you can pick up spices, cashew, cocum etc.) The rooms are well appointed with all modern amenities. Staff is very courteous and efficient. The breakfast spread is really huge and has varied choice.

We had a great experience staying with Vivanta. No complaints but a genuine feedback, to change mattress, pillows and quilt. We stayed at room 417, felt that the above should be changed being old and there were some discomfort. The carpet in room also had numerous stains and should be changed. The staff we found to be the best including food nicely cooked and served with love so full marks. Overall the stay was enjoyable.
