Great place, great people, great service and I enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere there.

From the pictures you may think that this is a good chain hotel that will ensure you comfortable stay. Well it is not - the Quality sign should be removed immediately. The hotel is in a real bad shape. All the claims to comfort are a lie - the rooms and corridors are smelly, the AC is ancient and noisy, everything is very old and falling apart. The restaurant is basic if at all. I understand that it is not easy to find a good place in Boca Chica but it compares to all the bad ones and their price is less than a half. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Service lady was really nice, but during the check-in the clerk was not nice he even throw our IDs back at us. Carpet is old and it doesn’t seem clean. Super noisy AC unit. Not enough towels in the room

No hot water in the shower, noises from refrigerator and air conditioning and room service phone not working

Free breakfast was very good. Rooms were good. electrical items needed addressing repairs

The hotel arranged for us a transportation from the airport. It was supposed to be 25 US dollars and i confirmed the price more than one time with them by email. Unfortunately, the driver asked us for 35 US dollars. Because he pick us up with a bigger car he said. But he took a bigger car because he took other clients with us. So plus charging us an extra 10$ he also got money from that other client. I wrote to the hotel about it and still have no answer back… As for the hotel itself, the rooms need renovations. Our window glass was broken, the door handle too. It was clean but old. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a little bit old with old furniture and pour bathroom settings. Otherwise, the personel is very kind and reactive.

Very old and dirty, rooms smell really bad, the beds and pillows are extremely unconfortable

Nice property with brand new room. Ideal for an overnight close to airport. Quiet and clean, with breakfast included. Breakfast provides for all the basics.

Terrible, old, smell of cigarette in the room although we had paid an extra for a non smoking room. Unsafe area, we were advised by guard at entrance of criminal activities in the area and not to stop for any reason when in car.... Will never go back. Also noisy in the night.

Great customer service from the check in to the restaurant and bar to the check out.
