When it comes to reviews, everyone’s experience is going to be different but this was mine. Food: As I’ve read in other, no not everything was piping hot but obviously, It’s not going to say boiling forever. They had a chef there every day cooking fresh meat and always had different options of meat to choose from. Each night was a different theme i.e Mexican, Asian, Italian and I was very impressed with the thought that went into it. Drinks: We were all inclusive. They had beer, sangria, red, white and rose wine on tap for you to get whenever. They had around 6 cocktails to choose from that were included in the all inclusive section which is more than enough. Staff: Everyone and I mean everyone was lovely. I can’t remember the names of them all but the entertainment lady was so kind and passionate about her job and most importantly she looks after the stray cat that comes everyday and night, the cats name is Tito and she is EXTREMELY friendly, she will come and sit on you and cuddle you. The lovely gentleman who runs the bar at the back of the hotel is such a gem, very kind and friendly. Pool: I’d read some reviews about the pool being dirty, that’s not down to the hotel, that’s down to the people who leave rubbish and spill drinks without cleaning it up. Yes, there is always someone going round cleaning things up, but they can’t be on top of it 24/7 especially in peak hours when it’s busy. The pool itself isn’t the biggest and it’s a shame that’s it’s all one size as I couldn’t touch the bottom but that’s not the end of the world. Room: Spacious and clean. There’s a mini fridge and a safe but you have to pay for the safe. Wi-Fi is free and generally good. Rooms cleaned everyday but we had the same bedsheet the whole week… Entertainment: Morning entertainment was from 9am-12pm. Evening entertainment starts at half 9 with what we think was bingo and then the main entertainment starts at 10 and lasts for about an hour. The choice of entertainment was brilliant, dancing, magicians, singers, karaoke and quiz nights. The only thing I will say, is there isn’t enough sun loungers for how many people are in the hotel. We struggled most days to get one but that’s mainly because there were a lot of larger groups there the same time as us but not the hotels fault. You can tell a lot of groups want to say in Magaluf but come to Palma Nova because of the all inclusive ban. Overall, I’d say what you pay, is what you get. If you expect 5* then pay for a 5* instead of dragging down a hotel that quite clearly states is not a 5*. I would happily stay here again.
