The facilities in the room are old. Insects appeared in the room. The services were good though.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is more than excellent. Only the coffee was not good. And the breakfast supervisor makes you feel that he is serious. It would be better if he works as a school supervisor and not in a restaurant.

Very nice hotel, the room is quite big and very clean. It's close to the castle and port.

Picked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat And very friendlyand helpful staff We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍

Excellent stay here - rooftop pool (a little small) but a really nice place to get back to in the evening to relax. It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Palma, which was ideal for us. Great price too. Staff were friendly and helpful - we all said that we would stay here again.

Lovely place.....friendly staff and a good breakfast 🥞🥞🥞....Room 211 ..give the single beds a miss...like sleeping on bricks . But would stay again without a doubt... Decent location to get about Palma ....,.Thank you for making us welcome

WARNING DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BOOKING CANCELLED AND STILL CHARGED DESPITE CANCELLING WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME. NOT A REPUTABLE HOTEL - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BAD MANAGEMENT. LOTS OF OTHER LOVELY HOTELS IN THE AREA WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS ONE!

Unbelievable such a bad experience…..awful management of booking. So disappointed as I had travelled here before so a repeat customer. They have charged me despite cancellation of rooms within the set timeframe. Due to family emergency I was unable to continue with my booking. It is a disgusting way to treat customers do not give your card details as you are not protected at all! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!

A beautiful but very quirky Hotel. The staff are fantastic. The Art within the hotel is very interesting. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. So much choice. Rooms are great . Loved it felt very welcomed. Thank you to everyone. Great Location for sightseeing. Food Bars.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival, the staff were super happy and friendly! We booked a triple room which was really spacious. No kettles are provided. Approx 15 minute walk into town centre. The rooftop pool is small but perfect for a quick cool off dip.

Absolutely amazing staff at this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 night and 5 days with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the Reception staff, to the room cleaners, the waiters they were all so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and when we ate in the restaurant that was gorgeous too. There was a singer on one night on the terrace which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout outs to a blonde haired lady in Reception who was especially helpful and one waiter ( a lovely man with a shaved head) in particularly who kept our table for us when we went to get sorted in our rooms when the singer was on. (Thursday 25th July.) Really central to access everywhere and added bonus of the Artwork. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.. Lisa, Anna, Jo and Linds.

This hotel was fabulous ! Very clean , the rooms were very spacious and very clean. They came everyday we were there to make the beds and clean (we were only there 4 days) staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast is probably the best I have had in terms of choice , healthy options and sweets We could not find fault with this hotel at all and the artistic flair throughout the hotel would impress most people Well done to everyone regard Claire Jayne and Rachael

Please please DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL WE HAD ALL OUR MONEY STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM THEY SAY ITS 4 star but the rooms are 3 star Insects on the beds and staff don’t care the manager said if you don’t like it you can leave very disappointed looks are very deceiving

The hotel is very well positioned for exploring Palma. It's tidy, clean and not at all noisy which helps with a good nights sleep. Sure the decor is a little dated in the rooms but it was comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't pass comment. We did look at the spa and outdoor pool but decided against using them as we were in town for exploring and not staying in the hotel. I looked at the gym which had a couple of pieces of equipment but again we were on holiday and walking 10k round Palma was enough exercise per day. The staff were extremely friendly and we had no issues whist staying at this hotel. Would I recommend it for a couple of days stay - yes.
