Really enjoyed the resort, in a private location away from the busy town centre, but still only a short walk to beach. It was quiet and relaxing, we just stayed a few days to chill at the resort. Accessible to all tourist attractions when needed. The Apartment was very clean and modern enhancing our stay. Good parking and nice pool. We really loved the rainforest board walk to the beach. Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend a stay here to anyone. cheers

Very clean and beautifully presented room with everything you'd need for a self contained unit... Staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault my stay, Hubby & I planning on the next trip back here.. High recommend to stay here!!!!

Always a favourite place to catch up in Palm Cove with my girlfriends, the rooms are so spacious and clean. Being able to cater in or go to the fab restaurants on the esplanade is an added bonus. We love the location it’s so quiet and peaceful. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Love the new reception area there is always something to surprise us at each visit. Can’t wait until next time. ❤️

The ladies and all staff were lovely and very helpful, room was clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault my stay, will defiantly be back soon with the husband for a longer stay. I also watched the pre recorded tour of the new owners which was very informative

Really good service and great place to relax. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 couples which was made with 2 singles in the second bedroom, it was no issue to change it to a king size bed and was done swiftly. We’ve stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it. Looking forward to the next visit after major renovations.

The Sebel Palm Cove is a quiet relaxing spacious place to holiday away from the hustle, but close enough to the tourist highlights that Cairns & Port Douglas have to offer. Well appointed spacious rooms to share with family & friends. Walkability - Easy flat walking distance to local shopping, eateries and the lovely Palm lined beaches.

Love the room as it is perfect for our Family Stay. Two Separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bath in one of them. The Kitchen had everything you need to do breakfast, lunch even dinner if you want. My kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed the cabanas. The staff are also amazing, I received a call a few days before my arrival to find out bed configurations and then on the day of checkin to advise room was ready.

The service was absolutely amazing best experience I have ever had, all the workers were very friendly and helped out with anything I needed, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Defiantly will be back if I could give it 1000 stars I would !!!

The place was amazing and very clean. All the staff were really nice and was great service, the rooms were very nice and had no problems during our stay. The pool area was beautiful we spent most our Arvos in there having a swim and a bbq. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

This is one of the Best Places to stay while you are in FNQ. The Sebel is a private little hideaway where you can totally sit back relax and enjoy the serenity. And after your relaxing day you can walk to the Surf Club which is only 300 meters down the road. This is one of the Best in the Accor Group.

5 star all the way. Incredible staff, who clearly care about guests, going out of their way to help guests. Above and beyond. clean and beautiful facilities. Could not fault anything. Could not recommend more, thank you for making it a trip of a lifetime

Our first impression of being greeted by Lindsay, on arrival was so lovely, Made us feel right at home. The room was extremely Clean just what you expected from the photos.. Always a favorite place in Palm cove! Our mornings were amazing, as we watch mother natural right at our door steps.

Our first impression of being greeted by the hotel manager, Angela Reuter and front desk manager, Lindsay, on arrival, already made the start of our stay a wonderful experience even before we stepped into the beautifully furnished room. Everything looks just like the advertised photos. Everyone here made us feel so welcomed because they went beyond our expectations. Thank you, Angela and Lindsay!

The unit was up and above our expectations. Staff were pleasant and helpful as always. I enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the birds, particularly the little honey eaters in the day time, and listening to the curlews at night As we are elderly it is difficult to walk too far and parking on the foreshore is hard to find empty spaces, so are confined to park at hotels etc.
