Tutto bene. Preso appartamentino per tre, davvero carino e pulito. Eravamo al terzo piano. bella vista di Monte pellegrino con il suo castello. Hotel situato in una traversa molto tranquilla.

Very spacious apartment. Receptionist was very nice. Bed very hard for us. Althrough the bathroom was large the shower was good, but a Shower Curtain is just not hygienic,also it was just jammed between the entry to shower, therefore the flooring would get extremely wet as it flapped about. Our apartment was " Deluxe L" The pictures on site are over staged. Aircon units on the balcony! Filthy! Floor layers of ground dust. Light bulbs missing. Door Shutter to block out sun in the early morning wasn't working, didn't know if it was even "there". TV well eventually gave up as to how it works. No English instructors for anything in apartment, or for recycling. Which was all over flowing in the streets. Just so sad no-one seems to have pride in the surrounding area. Supermarket close by, train station, can be seen from apartment, on 9th floor. Again no information regarding time tables for transport at reception. We did ask the gentleman. Its just too far away for tourists without a car. Regarding the surrounding area there were a lot of workers/ men hanging around the outside entrance, dirty papers and worst of all dog mess(poo). I believe the description of this accommodation is very far fetched, like others we have encountered. We would not recommend anyone going out

Wonderful place with great service.

We stayed for 4 nights earlier this month, using the apartment as a base to explore Palermo. Our one bedroom apartment on the second floor was very spacious with lots of living space, a handy kitchen/dining room and separate bedroom with a balcony. It was light and airy. The bathroom was functional although the shower was on the small side. It contained a washing machine which came in handy as the weather was very warm! The staff at this place were friendly and helpful. Even though the apartments are not in the centre of the action there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc. Shout out to the Orient Express cafe. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we first arrived the apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes, which as non-smokers was a bit off putting. Luckily it dissipated quickly.

Large, quiet, comfortable apartment with good amenities and a huge private balcony. The staff was super friendly and let us check in early and held our cases for us on the last day after check out. It is slightly out of town but considering how noisy Palermo can be this is a blessing if you're a light sleeper. It is, however, very close to a train station that goes to the airport and Palermo Central (though not on Sundays). Highly recommended if you want some peace a quiet when you come back from a day exploring the city.

I really liked this property because it was like a mix of a hotel and an apartment. It has a stove in the bedroom which was perfect for me because I had to quarantine here, but it has a great cleaning service and desk services just like a normal hotel. There is a luggage storage, and the staff were so friendly helping me out with printing, booking taxis, storage, answering all my questions, etc. The room is really spacious and private and comfortable. It is quite a walk from the centre of Palermo but there are plenty of amenities around the hotel, and a nice pizzeria. I would really recommend staying here.

Personale molto carino e disponibile. Gli appartamenti sono ampi ed efficienti, costruiti con tutto ciò che serve. Lo consiglio a chi si muove con la macchina perché è molto semplice trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

In visita a Palermo per il concerto di Vasco Rossi, prenoto in largo anticipo questo residence, per l ottima posizione e vicinanza allo stadio (10’min a piedi), veniamo accolti con gentilezza e garbo da veri professionisti del mestiere. Ottimo anche il collegamento per raggiungere le spiagge più vicine e belle di Palermo. Indicato il nostro appartamento ci avviamo, subito un ottima impressione, appartamento super pulito, illuminato, e silenzioso. Parcheggio riservato a due passi dall entrata davvero comodo e super consigliato. Ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio

Appartamento al terzo piano. Carino, pulito e ben disposto. Letto comodo come quello di casa. Bella vista. Posizione ideale a due passi da metro e bus. C'era anche angolo cottura. Utile per chi vuole farsi qualcosa. Personale reception molto gentile. Vicino ristoranti e supermercati e il sabato un piccolo mercatino.
