Kisiwa on the Beach

We had a great week during Christmas at Kisiwa, the location and the place is super nice but service wise there could be some improvements. Their staff is really friendly and kind, but would be great to have some service delivery improvements as orders/requests got forgotten or took forever. We had to wait for our breakfast for 45 min one time. The villas were really spacious and clean. The property itself is a paradise right on the beach, quiet with astonishing views. Their SPA is also super nice. What I would also improve is their kitchen. We booked half-board and felt that the quality of the breakfast wasn't the best considering the level of the accommodation. The dinners were better sometimes a buffet and sometimes a la carte. We had to pay a supplement for the Christmas dinner and unfortunately it was really overpriced and the food was much better on other night, less is sometimes more. For the price we paid on top of the half-board would have been nice to at least have a bottle of water included. On Christmas Day they organized some activities which was nice, like beach volley with the staff and henna painting. Overall we had a nice stay and weren't bothered as we were on vacation and I'm sure improvements can be done.

Kisiwa on the Beach was such an amazing time. From your check in experience you know you will be well taken care. The facilities are delightful, comfortable and blend perfectly with nature. Waking up to the bird sounds and only few steps away from a paradisiac beach is Extraordinary!

Unbelieably great experience. 5 star service and accomodations. Immaculate rooms, grounds, and beach, and so affordable. You'd pay 3x anywhere else for this experience. The staff were the icing on the cake. So friendly, helpful, and nothing was out of the question. Lots of professional security guards - felt very safe and looked after. Loved it here!
