"I don’t recommend this hotel. The main hotel is for accommodation. It turned out that there were hairs on the pillow on the bed. When I was sleeping, I put my feet in and found something strange. It turned out to be two cards for babies to learn English letters. I was super dumbfounded that this would happen. Didn't they change the sheets at all? Otherwise, why would there be anything left behind by the previous tenant? The main purpose of the hotel is to provide accommodation. It is really disappointing that it cannot even meet such sanitary conditions. The breakfast is okay, and the view outside the window is the hotel opposite, so if possible , I would rather stay in a nearby hotel, since there are many hotels in this area anyway. A bad experience! When we went to sleep,we found two baby cards "g" &"f" which is using to let baby learn English between comforter and bed,that means they didn't even really clean the room!"

"The location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It's also close to tourist attractions and parking is convenient. There's no traditional front desk; you have to log in yourself on a tablet outside the office door. I didn't see a single staff member during my stay. This isn't a problem in itself, but there was genuinely no service, so I can't rate it. I booked a 3-bedroom room. Upon entering, you're first in a laundry room, then you have to use a digital door to reach the actual guest room. The room is small, the facilities are outdated, and there's only one small toilet. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, but there was no mention that they were all extra chargeable! Using the washing machine costs an extra $30 per day. There were many warning signs posted throughout the apartment, giving it a very unfriendly feel; there were money traps everywhere. This hotel is a world apart from the Juniper Resort Hotel in Sedona where I stayed previously."
