Wonderful staff, Clean & Comfort room, Decoration in room spectacular, Bathroom fancy. I like that there’s coffee , tea and water in the room.

This was our first time here and will be our last. We waited over 3hrs to get our room and the excuse was "we had to clean the room because you requested 2 rooms next to each other". How was that supposed to delay 3 hrs. And the person on the front desk wasn't even apologetic about it . Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed.

The best get away we have had in a long time. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. The desk personal were great and most kind .The first time I think we have ever closed a casino. Kind staff and good food. We willl defiantly be back. Thank all of you for a wonderful stay!

No valet, no cordial greeting, stark hotel room, only two bath towels, dirty windows, small (misplaced tv),misplaced digital fireplace, no room service, can’t order food without physically reporting to the restaurant. Very limited food choices ( contrary to the website ( which is practically non navigable). Overall terrible disappointment. Try Tulalip in northern Washington instead. They have it dialed in.

As a long time resident of Ocean Shores we have dined at Emily's restaurant numerous times at the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. Over time, the meal prices have sky-rocketed and the food quality has sharply declined. On this day the waitress who served us (Kendall) informed us they "No longer gave a discount on meals to the elderly, players club members, active military, veterans and/or first responders. We were shocked at her rudeness. We asked to speak with a manager about her conduct but she claimed to be the "manager" and she did not care if we were unhappy with her conduct. We then politely paid our bill and left. Upper Management should take notice of her rude unprofessional conduct and take corrective action to preclude this person from driving away more customer's from the casino.

little pricey the drive was long and busy, but slots seemed pretty loose, so that was good .food expensive ,place seemed nice but didn't stay over .ocean was a lot longer walk than could handle .but I guess down the road can drive on the beach. wont return but was overall nice place .just hate the drive and traffic Seattle to just horrible if gonna visit Seattle fly or roll in early or very late . ugh.

We were impressed with our room. The view of the water was beyond anything we've ever had before. Just amazing. The bed was so comfortable we hated getting up. We had a fantastic meal at Emily's. We can hardly wait to come back for another stay.

1/10 – I DO NOT RECOMMEND RESERVING A ROOM AT THE QUINAULT BEACH RESORT AND CASINO, AND HERE IS WHY!!! I normally do not like writing bad reviews, but I feel like I needed to share my experience with Quinault Beach Resort and Casino. Since it is a long review, I will write a summary before the actual review. I tried to book a room online and it said they were completely booked for the night. I called the front desk, and they had ONE room that became available so I booked it. When I got to the resort, they did not book my room and politely told me to pretty much kick rocks. I wasted over $60 in gas, and hours of my time. When I called and emailed the Hotel Manager, Courtney Gallington, she did not return my phone call but sent me an email basically saying to bad so sad. She told me that I was told to call back after talking to security about my service animal to finalize my booking. If that was the case, why would I not have called back, or asked to be transferred back to the front desk? Why would I have not called back if I knew that was the LAST and ONLY room available that day? Why would I drive over 2 hours on a hope and prayer, hoping the last room would somehow still be available? ----- FULL REVIEW--- On Sunday 02/18/24 I decided that I wanted to go for a drive and decided Ocean Shores would be a good destination. I wanted to stay at a Casino Resort that had a hot tub and pool. I looked online, and went to their website to book a room. There were not any rooms available, so I figured that I would call them directly. The lady I spoke with, Billy, told me that they were completely booked but there was a cancellation and they had ONE room available to book. I said “sounds great, lets do it!” As she was “booking” the room, I asked her their policy regarding service animals. She let me know that I would have to talk to security once I got there, but she could transfer me to them once we were done if I wanted to talk to them before driving there. She confirmed that my room was booked and I was good to go. She did not ask for my credit card, so I asked her if she needed it and she said “no, you’re good to go. We will take your credit card info when you check in”. I thanked her for her help, and she transferred me to security. After a brief conversation with Security, I packed a bag and hit the road. After about a 2 hour drive, I arrived. I went to the lobby to check in. Waited in a long line (which I expected, after all they were fully booked), and attempted to check in. Diane let me know that she did not see a reservation for me. I explained to her that I called and they had one room that was cancelled so they could book it for me. She went to the back and talked to Billy. She came back to let me know that my room was never booked because I never called back to confirm that I wanted the room. There was nothing that could be done, because they did not have any rooms available. I was extremely upset and frustrated. I just wasted a few hours

The hotel is nice but our room was awful. We had young kids with us and our room was above the pool and we could hear kids and adults screaming and playing until 10:00pm. We called the front desk to ask what the noise was and they said it was the pool and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Unacceptable. We also had to wait a long time to check-in.

I feel very safe here has a homey atmosphere the rooms are very clean and the ocean views are great..the pan seared fish is worth the money very well cooked and flakey ...the beds are comfortable and the rain shower is luxery

We are staying on the 4th floor in an ocean view room. The newly refurbished rooms have a new layout that to us isn't as nice as the previous one. No table, only a small stand the hotel phone sits on. Only one uncomfortable chair to sit in, no desk to do paperwork or put your laptop on. Only one tiny trashcan they have in the bathroom. The 'fireplace' is a joke. Now electric with fake looking flames and logs that change colors. The only dresser drawers are next to the door, and they are small. The new roomy shower doesn't have a shelf for the soap, shampoo, or conditioner. You either juggle them or put them on the floor. Very inconvenient, especially for us senior citizens. It does have a microwave and the smallest mini fridge I've ever seen sitting in a large opening. At least they didn't change the view of the ocean.

Manager helped us sort out issues. Took a few months but nice they finally listened. Had some issues with lady helping us plan but everything worked out good I can’t wait to go back to the ocean again

Stayed one night while traveling large spacious rooms decorated lovely fireplace too. Coffee maker water fridge and microwave ! Not much of a view of car park , would expect to pay a lot more for view ! Not cheap ! Restaurant’s and bars limited ! Lots of slot machines ! Worth staying if can afford it x

We only stayed one night on our road trip. On arrival we had to queue for 20 mins, in a very dark reception area, staff were friendly. I requested a room near a lift as I am on crutches and were given 329 on the third floor! Our room looked like it had been recently redecorated and was modern and overlooked the large car park. We ate in Emilys which was very nice, but expensive.

Not exactly my idea of a Beach Resort. Beach access was a challenge. Black sand with trash driftwood everywhere. The hotel is fine but nothing special. The restaurant was pretty good. The one in the back of the casino is awful. The Casino is no smoking ( Thank you) but small and very tight. Nothing like the Oklahoma Indian Tribe Resorts,. Overall I was disappointed for the price we paid per night. Would not return.
