Nous ne recommendons pas cet établissement... Dans l'ordre: globalement maison donnée très sale. le gardien n'a pas de clefs du portail donc il attend parfois pendant des heures et sous la pluie l'arrivée des locataires. Quand il doit quitter son poste il laisse donc le portail sans le fermer à clef ce qui pose un problème pour la sécurité des biens et personnes. Pas de poubelle à l'extérieur de la parcelle, les ramasseurs passent en milieu de matinée ce qui oblige à être présent sinon les poubelles s'entassent. Cuisine innondée à chaque pluie...problème signalé, et re-signalé on nous répond "c'est la faute du maçon" si le travail n'est pas fait. Suite à un défaut électrique dans le jardin le courant ne cessait de sauter à cause de la pluie en faisant de grosses étincelles...Le lendemain les électriciens viennent, et mettent la journée pour réparer ( une journée de vacance de perdue pour la famille). Le sommier d'une des chambres était dans un état catastrophique ( nous avons dû dormir par terre avec ma femme pendant tout le séjour ) . Prises électriques mal fixées au sol, très dangereux. Quand vous avez un enfant en bas âge. Électroménager défectueux: micro ondes qui ne marche pas, lave linge qui fonctionne mal, et frigo qui ferme mal donc problème de conservation des aliments et flaque d'eau dans le salon tous les jours. La colonne de douche ne tient pas et manque de tomber sur notre fille et de casser la vitre de la fenêtre( probleme signalé... rien de fait ) Dérangement à 21h30 (qui réveille notre fille ) pour récupérer la télécommande de la climatisation pour aller tester une climatisation dans une autre maison...ajoutez à cela la mauvaise foi la plus totale de Larissa qui demande de l'argent en plus de l'accord conclu et reglé (450000 pour 1 mois et 3 nuit), elle demande à venir faire des photos (" que tout soit ok") dans un but commercial pendant que nous louons. Elle se permet par la suite d'exiger le droit de venir faire un état des lieux ( non réalisé à l'entrée en disant que le canape serait devenu mou...). J'ajoute que la première photo sur le site de trip advisor provient d'un hôtel de Madagascar...ne vous attendez surtout pas à ce niveau...je vais m'arrêter là et je vous laisse le soin de lire d'autres commentaires sur trip advisor et google. Passez votre chemin
