We stayed 2 nights. When first checked in, room was very hot. Noticed thermostat was turned to 65 but room was 72, so turned it a bit lower as 72 far too hot to sleep. It did not cool at all so sleep was not good. We had plans for the day so asked at the front desk if it could be checked during the day. They assured me it would be looked at. When we got back at 5 nothing was done, so went back to front desk. Again got the answer they would check. 10 minutes later we got a call saying they fellow responsible for this was finished for the day. They would send a fan. Half hour later called to see where fan was. Was told they had knocked on the door and did not get an answer. We were both sitting in room so if anyone knocked, it was not loud or repeated. Fan arrived finally but not a good solution. Not a good sleep. We bring our own glassware as do not like the flimsy plastic. Very distinctive. Cleaning staff took them away. Had to retrieve. Next. Room was a renovated suite. Nice and large and staged lovely, but with very uncomfortable seating. I believe this must be the new Courtyard furniture as we had the same in a previous Courtyard and uncomfortable there as well. When I checked out and complained, I was assured she would speak to the manager and something would be done in compensation and they would get back to me. So I waited to make sure before making bad review. Now , almost 2 weeks have passed and have heard nothing. So not impressed with room or service response
