Excellent place to stay with great service, room clean, location, everything is perfect! Hope I can have an opportunity to book this hotel again when I plan to go to Osaka^^

The hotel was correct although the rooms were small and unattractive. Conveniently located near the train station. The downside is that it's not particularly charming. The breakfast was good. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market nearby. The hotel environment is bright and comfortable, and the facilities are clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi; Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is also very convenient to make breakfast and dinner. There is also a washing machine on the balcony Sanitation: The indoor sanitation is very good, and there is no dead corner for sanitation; Environment: The surrounding environment is average, the outer part of the room may be being renovated, and there will be some noise occasionally, but it does not affect the use and safety of the room Service: The landlord's service is very good and considerate. Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching. 1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!
