The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori and Kuromon Market nearby. The hotel environment is bright and comfortable, and the facilities are clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

Self-service hotel. The platform will send an email to confirm the password and room number. Don't arrive early, otherwise there will be no place to rest after entering. Stayed for 3 days and didn't see any service staff. The room was not cleaned. The garbage was thrown out of the room by yourself and the waiter would take it away. The air conditioner leaked on the last night of stay. It was past 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I didn't know who to contact. The air conditioner dripped all night. The platform phone was not answered. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant on the right side of the door. The taste is very good. The subway is about 10 minutes walk away. It is 15 minutes walk to Umeda shopping district.

When checking in/out, if you take the Rapid from the airport, it's a 15-minute walk from Ninkai Namba Station, so the location is not bad for the price. And it's only a 5-minute walk to Namba Station, so it's a less crowded subway station, which is nice. And the room was clean and nice. I recommend it. It's especially suitable for people like me who have a short schedule.
