Room was small but do-able. The location is great, right at the bustling area of Shinsekai, where food and things to do all located in walking distance, and the nearest mrt station is only 7 min walk away. The staff was great and super attentive, which makes the room stay is such a breeze.

Has a laundry room in hotel which is a real convenience. Staff is kind enough to allow access even after check out. Left behind toiletries bag and staff help send to tokyo for me . Big thank you to the team. Only feedback is couldnt get breakfast as last order was too early at 930am. Should have left some bread behind at least for late wakers. Wasted 2 nights breakdfast as came down 932am

Location: very near to the metro and a supermarket inside Kuromon Market. You can get most of the groceries including fresh sushi there. Service: superb, the staffs are friendly and polite. My fridge in my room spoiled at 12 am and the staff replaced it with a new one after 20 minutes! Amenities: the hotel provides most of amenities except body cream, but you can get it from drugstore nearby. Love their hair dryer and showerhead 🤩 Price: Most of the affordable I could find in that area! Summary: will definitely come back here if I am in Osaka

Hotel is at the entrance to Universal, you can also buy tickets to the park at the hotel lobby. Great hotel for families. Probably the best location after having a long day at universal park you can come back to the hotel within minutes from leaving the park gate.

We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.

The hotel apartment-style B&B is in a great location, very close to Nipponbashi Station, convenient for travel, and very quiet at night. Fully self-service check-in/out, very convenient, and barrier-free online communication with the B&B. The room size is in line with expectations, just enough for two adults and one child. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen and pots and utensils. The Kuromon Market is downstairs, so you can buy and cook by yourself. The bathroom is separated and very clean. High cost performance, recommended to stay.
