Not very big but typical Japan hotel size. Near shinsaibashi. Free flow of drinks which is a bonus. Was given voucher for ramen and that makes our dinner and taste good. Recommend

We stayed in this room for a night. The room is small as expected but the bed is comfortable for 2. Although small, we were able to open up our 24inch and 28inch luggage side by side along the corridor. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself. Overall we are very satisfied and will recommend this room type for short stays.

Overall the stay is great. Near to 3 subways and main Namba shopping streets. Lot of food choices around the area too. The hotel comes with Onsen Spa which is good after a tiring day of outings. Staff are approachable and helpful.

Very compact and comfort hotel for tourist, you can see that the bed is big size enough for big height male haha - the interior is also good and the location is right next to the Shinsaibashi. Highly recommend for shopping people !

Walking distance to Dotonbori, if you don't mind walking instead taking trains (1 stop away!) Hotel very convenient with trains and near with 7eleven and Family Mart. Staffs super helpful when I'm need for my luggage matters even in language barrier. Definitely will come back to the same hotel, in future planning for Osaka Trip.

Overall not too bad if consider cheaper price compared all the other hotels Most Indian front desk has a great service and also a Vietnamese girl. The Japanese front desk gives you a ****ty look each time you went pass by. One male Japanese mid age man at front desk even frown with angry face when I checked out which is really strange lol No amenities basically Old hotel a lot of damage on the wall. not so clean. Location is good

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Umeda, thanks to its excellent location near Osaka Station. While the rooms are cleaned daily, I noticed dust under the beds, so vacuuming could be improved. The staff’s helpfulness was exceptional—they assisted us in recovering my father’s lost phone, which we got back the next morning. Their support made a big difference and was truly appreciated.

Got room on 2nd floor all good except so many dust. 1 flaw that made me almost gave this 2 stars is there were 3 drops of pee on toilet without cleaning when we first enter the toilet. I have to clean it myself with tissue and alcohol, since I need to use it right then and can't wait for room service. Location is great, room is bigger than others in the same rate. Breakfast is good but not great with 2 Onigiri, miso soup, bread, yogurt. I might consider to come back again.

I’ve stayed here four or five times, the first time being in 2018. It’s not changed at all. Quality is great. Front desk staff friendly and polite. Downstairs area functions like a lounge room, microwave facilities available too. The location is close to Midosuji line and Umeda night area too. Great value for money.

The hotel is located close to Dotonbori and within walking distance of the subway. It’s a self-service hotel, with a dinosaur waiting to greet you in the lobby, where you'll also find self-check-in and check-out machines. The entire process is done independently, but overall, it’s a good experience. And since I might be staying alone, there's a robot in the room for me to talk to. He can sing and dance as well, so cute.

This is my first time staying at a B&B. It has a small kitchen where you can cook, but the tatami beds are a bit hard. People with weak bones may want to choose this. However, it is probably less than 1 kilometer away from Xincai Bridge. It's quite convenient if you want to go shopping.

At first, when I made the reservation, I was worried because the reviews were mixed, but the hotel staff were very kind, the interior was nice, and the room was nice! But the room hallway was small, so I couldn't walk around with my suitcase open. Hahaha. But it wasn't as bad as I thought~~~! The bed and pillow were nice! I'm grateful that I could stay in a nice place.

Environment: More than ten meters downstairs is Huimei Suxuan. There is a small western restaurant with a large number of people queuing. It seems to be selling egg-packed rice. Although it is a bit small for three adults but it have everything that a family needs. Location is excellent as it is near and within walking distance to family mart, supermarket, shopping centres, restaurants, finger foods and train station.
