That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions. Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson. It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!

Stay from September 25 to October 02 First of all, the room condition is so good I have to pay expensive money to go to the hotel It's recommended for more than 4 nights I bought all the cooking tools, so I bought food and ate about 5 dinners. There's a local restaurant. It's a locally too poor neighborhood. The people are so messy and I see some homeless people. It's a difference of opinion, but it wasn't dangerous or dangerous. The location is closer to Imamiya Station, about 7 minutes walk. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are 2 Lawsons, a ramen restaurant, and a barbecue restaurant within a few minutes. The room is very well equipped, with refrigerators, TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens, and even pots, pans, and kitchen knives. You can buy vegetables at Daiso next to Imamiya Station and cook for yourself. The room is relatively large, and it is an apartment-style hotel. I stayed there for 5 days, and I took the garbage down every day. There was no room service. In particular, when entering the door, you must press ”call out” before pressing the password, and then press the number, which is the opposite of China.

先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

Our stay was amazing! The check in process was so easy and the building were easy to locate. Right in between 2 train lines which makes getting into the city easy. Communication was amazing, such quick email replies! The apartment was so clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and luggage. Beds were so comfy! Clear instructions were provided on how to use amenities. 10/10 would stay here again!

The B&B is ideally located, 3 minutes away from the station. There is an aeon supermarket at the station exit, which is convenient and fast. The B&B is just as described in the photos, in a peaceful environment. The customer service responded quickly, politely and friendly. The only downside is that there is no lift, but that's acceptable.

The whole independent rental house is a 10-minute walk from the Tianxia Tea House subway station. It has just been renovated, the facilities are very new, clean and tidy, 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, can accommodate 10 people at the same time, and the pictures on the webpage are basically the same. The kitchen is equipped with pots and utensils and dishwashers. You can go to the supermarket to buy some ingredients and cook by yourself. It is much more affordable than eating in the restaurant. The boss is very good and easy to communicate. In short, it is a recommended residence. I will continue to stay in Osaka next time.

GGuest UserLocation is nice, less than 5 min walking to metro. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood is quiet. The room is clean, but glasses were dirty like they newer been washed. The bathroom is small and equipped with old-fashioned water mixer that regulates hot and cold water separately.

GGuest UserIf you are just staying there to sleep, you will be satisfied. The room is clean and tidy. However, the room is small and there is no place to put your luggage, which is a little inconvenient. You can only put it on the desk or on the bed. It would be helpful if there was a luggage rack. I went to bed late at night, so I wanted to sleep well in the morning, but the walls of the room were thin, and from around 8 o'clock, I could hear the cleaning staff laughing, talking, or maybe instructing the staff, and it was unpleasant. For breakfast, I think it was CAMEL, an affiliated coffee shop, and I could eat breakfast for 300 yen, which was delicious.

BBabyKat CIOVery close to Shin imamiya station just 100meter, it's very attractive me to stay in this hotel everytime I come to Osaka. Nearby also have family mart convenient store and coin lockers, it's very convenient place. The room is a kind of capsule but it's individual room, so you can enjoy your individual stay in own room, that's what I like.
