Ulasan Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka

The location is very convenient, and the bus took us from the airport to the hotel directly. However, the facilities are pretty old.

It was several days after being bitten by mites in the hotel, the second night I stayed there, this kind of red rash appeared. Later, I asked my friend and found out that it was caused by mites. It was a really bad experience. Actually, as soon as I entered the room, I smelled a musty odor and I kept a small window open all the time.

This is an old hotel, no Aircon... While located at metro, it is not exactly a direct metro from major stations. However it is decently sized and priced.

Stayed in the same hotel whenever I have my business trip to Osaka due to the convenience.

Nearly shisabashi, just walk there 20 mins, there are many food n funny places to have fun. Not bad at all.

Location is convenient as it is above the train station. Breakfast could be better as for a 5 stars hotel.

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, offering helpful local recommendations. We love the lounge access!!

Not the best location, but is good enough with train station nearby. We booked a triple beds room, the room is new, clean and spacious (about 400sqft). We had a pleasant stay with kids!!

I recently stayed at the **Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka** and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its direct connection to Tanimachi 9-chome Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Osaka. The **Uehonmachi shopping district** is also nearby, adding to the convenience. Pros: ✔ **Prime Location** – Easy access to subway lines and within walking distance to attractions like Osaka Castle. ✔ **Spacious & Clean Rooms** – The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. ✔ **Helpful Staff** – The front desk and concierge were courteous and efficient. ✔ **Good Dining Options** – The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Cons: ✘ Slightly Dated Decoration– While functional, some areas of the hotel could use a refresh. Overall, the **Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka** is a **solid choice** for both business and leisure travelers who value convenience and comfort. A few minor updates could elevate the experience, but I would happily stay here again.

Easy location to metro, reasonable parking fee if you drive. Easy assess to many tourist locations, comfortable bed and good pillows, many options for food.

Love the location, it is next to the kintetsu station and department store. The price is acceptable.

I stayed with both Sheraton and Miyako hotels on my trips to Japan and this is a very ordinary hotel. Nothing stands out. 1. Location is average have to take train to attractions. Not that many places to eat compared to other locations.  2. Reception - difficulty with English on check in. Were not helpful with my Marriot Bon Voy. 3. Room has slight smell of cigar and can hear sounds from room next door. Have to request tooth brush and water for following days because no room cleaning and no taking away rubbish. Room size and quality not as good as other Sheratons I stayed with.  4. Convenient transportation to airport because bus is just outside. 

Very easy access to location from both Itami or Kansas airport by limousine bus service. Below the lobby is the kintetsu line (to Nara) & 2 metro subway line. Shopping mall with varieties of food & supermarket.
