The hotel is convenient to the train access. Room is small but clean. Many eateries nearby. Hence it good for business trip people.

The location, service and other things were good, but the room was too small to stay for 2 people, even if I reserved the biggest room in the hotel. I don't think it's proper for family trip and it's not hotel for me =( I need to change my hotel because of the size of the room.

Great locations, very nice and modern hotel. Beds where a bit hard but other then that no compliance. Would book here again ๐Ÿ‘

A bit far from shopping center but near to metro everything convenient! Good facility

Cozy and spacious room. Services is good. The location is little but far from nambo station.

The lobby staff were so friendly that I felt good. The hotel room was clean and suitable for a short stay! However, the location was a bit far from transportation facilities, which was a shame.

I went to Osaka for the first time and didn't know where it was, so I booked a hotel. I met a Korean at the front desk for the first time. They were very kind, and they gave me a map of the hotel and told me how to rent a bike. The location was good and it was great for buying tools. Nakau is open late next door. I can't recommend food, but other than that, the service was very friendly.

It was quiet, clean, and nice. Good, good. I made a reservation somewhere away from Dotonbori on purpose, but it was quiet and nice.

This hotel is the worst hotel in Osaka. Although it is called Nipponbashi, it takes more than 15 minutes to walk to Nipponbashi Station and Namba Station. There are not many choices of restaurants around. If you want to eat better, you have to walk to other blocks. Anime products are sold around. Check-in and check-out procedures did not take much time. Simple Japanese or English can be communicated. The room is not ventilated, and the air conditioner does not help much. It always feels stuffy and damp. The walkway out of the elevator is built with steel structure. If it rains, it will get wet and feel like it is built.
