Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Loved staying at this hotel. Staff were happy to help and answer questions. 10/10 amenities. Even a view of the Dotonbori wheel from our room. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is at a good location but not too close to any metro station. The photos on the website looked decent but the actual room is very small with one side of the bed right against the wall. Can’t even get out of bed easily. Room does not appear clean and the quality of the guests is not what I had expected. Definitely will not make the same mistake again and will certainly not stay at another Candeo property. The only compliment I have is the breakfast. Good variety but the dishes are the same everyday. Self service laundry room had 4 out of 7 machines broken and one flooded the entire room. Ugh!! This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at for our vacations. Lastly, there was a used water bottle left behind the TV when we checked in and it was not cleared for the first two days of our stay.

Average hotel with a decent location. Positive points include their Onsen pool which is open all night too unlike other hotels. Breakfast is very average and more towards poor. Not the best options and food isn’t the best compared to other hotels in this price range. Rooms are very small with no modern features. Has a TV but only local Japanese channels. No smart TV ability or option to cast Netflix or YouTube for example. General cleanliness around the hotel is also poor. Carpets have stains throughout the hotel walkways and are in need of refurbishment throughout. Best part about hotel is their attractive lobby area & rooftop relaxing area. Other than that it is quite average and outdated. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was good, the breakfast buffet is good also. ❤️

we stayed 3 nights and every day there was no bed It had been tidied and cleaned but all the towels were replaced by the house keeping staff. Breakfast at the hotel doesn't have much variety and isn't very tasty. The hotel doesn't provide coffee and tea and you have to take it down to the lobby and it's very inconvenient and there aren't enough towels in the room because we have to take towels to the public bath. the hotel room is very small and the bathroom is very small also the hotel looks old.

We enjoyed our time in this hotel. Great facilities and close to Dotonbori and subway. I will definitely book my stay here when I go back to Osaka.

Good location right next to Dotonbori. The onsen baths on the 17th floor were excellent. Room beds and pillows were great having a good night's sleep. Water pressure/temperature was nice. The laundromat was not really connected to the room info system. Had to wait for some time if the previous user was not timely.

Best hotel closed at the heart of city - Osaka I recently stayed at Candeo Hotel with my friends of two at Candeo hotel, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, polite and passion! Kudos to the front desk team -Yiu, for arranging a room that perfectly met our requests, in a quiet floor which also allowing us to stay on the same floor and easily take care of each other. The rooftop spa was a delightful feature, even though it was a bit crowded. However, it was still clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. Most importantly, the hotel's location is simply perfect! It’s a short walk to Shinsaibashi and right next to Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. There are also many convenience stores like Lawson, Family mart ,7-Eleven and a large AEON supermarket nearby, which was very handy. One standout feature would like to shout out was the giant locker area, I was super useful to store our luggage after checkout, allowing us to shop around before heading to the airport without any hassle. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Candeo Hotel for its great service, excellent location, and helpful amenities, will defintely return to stay for next Osaka trip.

Location good , room spacious & clean. Near Dotonbori area just within walking distance about 5-8 min.. We had a great stay.

This hotel is super crowded. There are people sitting around at the lobby most of the time. Had a 'live' laundry update on the room tv, but it's not accurate. Had a spa/bath for hotel guests. Many washing machines available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be good, though it's not very close to the subway. However, the nearby airport bus stop made transportation super convenient. The outdoor onsen facilities were enjoyable, but the hotel is quite popular, so be prepared to share the space with many guests. Overall, it's a solid option for those who don’t mind a bit of crowd and want easy access to airport transit!
