Saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang baik dengan harga yang terjangkau haha Saya ingin berkunjung lagi lain kali jika ada kesempatan haha Lokasinya bagus dan akomodasinya rapi! Yang terpenting, saya suka kamar mandinya bersih.

Sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Nankai Namba, dan ada restoran di dekatnya, jadi lokasinya lumayan. Saya benar-benar merasa bahwa setiap anggota staf bekerja keras untuk memastikan Anda mendapatkan masa inap yang nyaman. Itu semua orang. Menurut saya ukuran ruangannya biasa saja, tapi sepertinya tidak ada tempat untuk membentangkan tas jinjing yang besar. Saya pikir itu sedikit menyedihkan bagi turis dari luar negeri. Saya lupa memotret kamar mandinya, tapi itu adalah kamar mandi unit dengan toilet dan bak mandi, dan bak mandinya dalam, jadi agak sulit bagi saya yang pendek untuk melangkah. Sampai-sampai saya pikir saya akan terpeleset dan terluka jika saya merusak sistem saat mengangkang jika saya dalam keadaan basah setelah mandi ... Good location, clean room closer to station dotonburi, Umeda Osaka castle, highly recommended, luggage storage, they won't let you check in before 3 pm, amenities such as toothbrush paste, comb and stuff will costs extra so please pack

Great location and spacious hotel. The toilet is clean and I liked that there is a sink in the toilet and outside so it’s perfect for multiple people getting ready at the same time.

I was disappointed my stay at this hotel. I don't think that this hotel is 4star hotel. I think 3-star. It was impossible to open the window for a fresh air. No clean service. Even trash was in my room for whole stay. And the room wasn't clean at first time. No disposable slippers in the room. Just some slippers which be used someone who had nail fungus and slipsole which does not fit to slippers. No amenity corner with tea, cotton swab or bath towel which has another hotels. You may buy toothbrush with razor for 150 jpy. Paid water. Bad soundproofing. I heard how elevator pronounces floors number. But location is perfect.

Nice location and walk from namba station around 700 m. We can walk around there and find many interesting. O can walk to the cafe that i want to go

Last time I stayed I gave it a very good review. It was based mainly on the location and service from the front office. However, this time I was greatly disappointed that for the 3 days I stayed there was no cleaning, no throwing away of garbage or change of towels. The bath tub was dirty! I first noticed some color on the side and rubbed my hands against it to find dirt. Check in time at 3.00 and check out time at 10.00! This reflects serious problem with housekeeping and management! However, beside a couple of staff not understanding English the others very helpful! I must wish to thank them for their help!

Price is affordable, great location closed to stations, market, and local supermarkets. Nice and friendly team.

Location is good, the room is clean, but toilet is really small.
