The reception at the front desk wasn't very friendly when I asked about the wifi password, which she herself didn't know and had me attempted a couple of times before getting it right. She also claimed, with a vehement tone in her voice, that guests cannot use laptops (only mobile phones) to connect to hotel wifi, which, fortunately, isn't true.

The room is decent and cozy for its price. The location is a bit far from malls but its nicer than ones same price downtown bankok

The hotel is great for the value for money and location. Staff did not speak English but tried their best and were friendly. Only strange thing was that they would clean the room on demand only.

Dust in the room provoked allergy i couldn’t sleep and the room has no window but the balcony’s door isn’t completely close. I can hear everything all night. Noise pollution ex. car motorbike air-conditioner. But the reception is good smile and welcome.
