As one of the biggest chain hotel Tokoyo Inn, it has fluent check in and out protocols and always has staff speaking fluent English in the front. This hotel is also a bigger one than most of the Tokoyo Inns, which means the breakfast offered is better with more stuff to choose. About the location, this hotel locates in a popular place which is like the Akihabara in Tokyo. The local supermarket is just located in few blocks away. The subway stations are a little distant which almost approach the Shinsaibashi and Namba area but still acceptable for walking. However, people living here should also consider about the safety problem. Most of the stores on the main street close after 8 p.m. and the local gang members would gather and speed on the road. This somehow makes this area one of the unsafe place in Japan. Even the sensual places in the Osaka are safer since the gangs make it safe for their own business. So if you are going to get back late at night, make sure not walk alone and stay under the light.

I made a mistake in my reservation and can't go. I can't get a refund so I'm writing this to get coins.

Very good 😊, second time staying here, breakfast (Japanese and Western buffet) is one of my favorites among all Toyoko Inns, yesterday there was grilled fish, today there was beef and curry chicken nuggets. 👍

The hotel was cleaned once after staying for four days. It was 2 km to Shinsaibashi. I felt sore after walking twice a day. It was also 1 km away from Nihonbashi. There was nothing good to eat when I went there for breakfast at 8:20. The service was very friendly. There were samples of Dhc skincare products. There was nothing wrong with it except the inconvenient transportation. The bed was really hard.

The bed was hard, the pillow was hard, and the air conditioner was not very warm. I don't know why there was no trash can in the toilet. It was inconvenient for girls to throw away sanitary products during their special period, so I prepared a trash bag myself. The receptionist was very kind and patient. I stayed here because it was close to Nankai Namba Station, but it was not really close. There are not many options nearby, and I will continue to stay here until I find a more suitable hotel.

The soundproofing is very poor. There is a road outside the hotel, and you can hear cars passing by or people chatting near the hotel door clearly. The room seems to be very close to the water pipes in the building, and there is always the sound of running water. The hotel's selling point seems to be convenience, but when I checked in, I tried several methods but failed to use the hotel lobby machine to check in successfully. In the end, I still had to go to the counter to find a staff member for help, which wasted time and was disappointing.

The sanitation is very clean, the service is good, the breakfast is delicious, and I really recommend staying here.
