Ulasan JA Hotel Tennoji

Although it is a little far from downtown, the hotel is clean; however, you will need to take the subway back before 12am. It is a tiny room. I would rate it a 6.5/10 overall.

Location is great because it takes around 20min walking to Tennoji station that has connection to most places. On the way you will find this unusual bar entrance. The room is tiny but even so we somehow found place for 3 suitcases.

Decent value for the price! Fast wifi, hot shower water, air conditioning, the mini fridge was pretty spacious and room had plenty of plug sockets. Plenty of self-service towels etc. available in the reception. Short walk to convenience stores and two different metro lines. Do note it's self-service so there's no physical staff member present at reception after a certain point in the evening (we didn't have any issues but I could see quickly contacting staff being difficult if there was an emergency). The standard sized room itself is on the smaller side for 2 people with suitcases- my friend and I are not large people and we still found that moving around the room at the same time was a bit difficult. Overall if you're looking for a cheap and well-maintained place to rest your head at night while travelling around Osaka and the surrounding areas, this is a good choice for your wallet.

Nice location but too small a room for 2 people

As soon as I entered the store, I heard familiar Chinese. The staff was warm and considerate and helped solve many problems. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was reasonable, the location was great, there were many delicious restaurants nearby, and you could taste authentic Osaka food within a few steps. The staff also helped plan the tour route. This trip in Osaka became more perfect because of this store. Highly recommended!

The environment is clean and tidy, and you will feel relaxed as soon as you enter. The facilities in the room are very complete, and the sound insulation of the hotel is excellent. There is no noise at night. The staff are Chinese, so awesome, and communication is so convenient. This experience is perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is my first time at an unmanned hotel, but I think it feels really nice. The facilities are almost all new.

It is relatively residential area. It is very quiet after 5 pm and there are few people on the street. There are local streets nearby. It is also easy to go shopping at noon. The shops are very nostalgic~

Clean and complete facilities even though there is no receptionist so you have to get the key yourself. The location is a bit far from the city center but close to the station so it is safe

Overall good, except that one of the rooms was dirty when we entered, although they offered us a solution fairly quickly. The Midosuiji subway line that runs throughout Osaka is a 5-minute walk away. There are very good places to eat in the surrounding area.

It was a hotel I booked in a hurry, but it was great for the price, and it was convenient because I could check in and check out myself! It was nice because it was close to the subway station.

There were a lot of guests stuck at the reception desk. We were able to check in without any problems. The room was just two steps from the bathroom and bed. Getting in and out was also difficult.

It was clean, but unfortunately there was a lot of dust under the bed. The air conditioner was noisy, though. In terms of the environment, it was quiet and good value for money. I was very concerned about the trash? Luggage? in the parking lot. It's the entrance, so I'd like it to be cleaned up.

Self-service check-in, but there was no staff to assist. There was a problem with my check-in link, and I couldn't find anyone to solve it. Someone didn't reply until after 9pm. How could I check in in that situation? A very bad check-in experience
