Great location, in between Daikokucho Station and Imamiyaebisu Station, just few minutes by walk. The check-in was quite smooth even if that was a self check-in (they don't have reception), but the host will provide all the check-in information to you in advance. The room is spacious, tidy and clean

Everything O.K.. But if it has a hair dryer. It will be more perfect. And the way to get key from  key locker, quite difficult.to find a key.

I’m traveling with my husband and daughter, and I’ve booked a quadruple room. I was surprised that the room was quite spacious which is good. I was quite impressed that there’s a washing machine which helped a lot. Location wise, it’s quite convenient as it’s only a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the station. For parking, there’s also a public parking lot right next to the hotel as well.

From Kansai Airport, it takes about one hour to reach the apartment, which is located near the train station. The location is very convenient—just a five-minute walk to the train & family mart . Please note that check-in is self-service.

Great place ! Clean ! Less then 100m walk to the metro, and 2 family mart nearby, definitely will return if I come back to Osaka!

Excellent apartments with all necessary conveniences in a calm location and not far from Namba on foot.

I totally recommend this place to a max of 4 pax per room. Near train stations and some tourist attraction. Room is neat and big, shower area can be converted to a dryer after washing your clothes. There is also a balcony which can be access for some fresh air. Small kitchen area can make simple breakfast like soup / porridge.

The location is great and easy access to lots of places. The room is very clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

It started smelling of the drainage on the second day. The owner responded timely and tried to fix it. Still a bit smelly afterwards but much better than before.

Good service but we need more guidance on how to use the washing machine

It is only 5 minutes from the metro station, and Family Mart and Lawson are near the hotel. Highly recommend!
