The location is very good. Donki is near Many restaurants, 通天閣， spa world,zoo very nice I will come again.

Great location , close to Osaka tower and a park. Would definitely stay there again. Room size is small for families with a kid but this is Japan.

We loved this hotel. Very convenient, it’s located right in front of the train station & a 7E just downstairs. A big supermarket is also just less than 10min walk away. The room is really modern & nice with comfy pyjamas given. Our two girls aged 8&5 also received their own pyjama kits. There were free hot & cold drinks available at a certain period of time at the lobby. Really enjoyed that. Would love to stay here again - perfect for those who have an early flight to catch.

Overall it’s good ! Location is very good! Nearby to subway! Many tourist spots are on walking distance! Can improve the breakfast and room cleaning

Room was small but do-able. The location is great, right at the bustling area of Shinsekai, where food and things to do all located in walking distance, and the nearest mrt station is only 7 min walk away. The staff was great and super attentive, which makes the room stay is such a breeze.

Location is great. I stayed at this hotel before and the room was clean, however this time the room is not that clean. Dusts can be seen at the bed wall.

location os great less than 3min walking to OSAKA TOWER. 5 min walking to JR train line an Subway. Staff was very nice and helpful, Rooms are ok. (enough to sleep) clean and have what is necessary. in the surrounding by foot you have lots is small restaurants (some open 24h), and if you are addicted to shopping you have a huge tax free store with everything you may want. Also have a huge gambling place (age over 18) if you want to try your lucky.

Very dusty room. Extremely tight spaces and the layout of the room is a little strange (fridge by the entrance). The location is good, close to Don Quijote, convenience stores and food is right below. Train station is about 5 minutes away. However, I still can't recommend this place due to the cleanliness of the room.
