Hotel Hot spring Osaka

The hotel location is very close to USJ, USJ train station and to the USJ shopping center(5 min walk or less). Very easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel staff is hit or miss, with some going out their way to help and others who avoid helping. They do not allow pre-check in, so all guests must wait until the 3p to check-in, creating a huge line from 3p-4p. They do not bring your bags to your room either. The room itself was big but the bath had hair under the soaps prior tonus using the bathroom, meaning the cleaning was not done properly. The toilet did not flush properly The trundle bed underneath was stained in multiple spots. The AC doesn't work properly it's hot in the room during the day, even with AC on full blast. and the AC caused my entire family to have allergies. The pillows are uncomfortable and have seeds/beans in them instead of foam or feathers. The onsen and spa facilities were nice but could get crowded after USJ closing. hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating and should be 3 stars if that. I would recommend staying at another hotel near by with better ratings and facilities.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even provided a detailed map with personalized recommendations for places to visit, adding a thoughtful personal touch to our experience.   The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, and its location is simply perfect. With the train station less than 100 meters away, getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant and well-situated, making it an ideal base for exploring.  The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views—on one side, we enjoyed the serene beauty of the sea and a stunning bridge, while the other side offered a direct view of Universal Studios.   Our kids enjoyed the stay so much that we ended up extending our trip by an extra day just to soak in the experience a little longer. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and the combination of a prime location, exceptional staff, and immaculate facilities made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting the area!

Walking distance to train station and the convenient stall is right below the hotel is a plus point. Most important, the free snacks all day with yakult and ramen provided is our favourite. Super close proximity to Dontonbori (across the street) Highly recommend to stay! - minus point is, the rooms are very small, hardly have space for family of 4.

Amazing onsen with severa baths . Room is very comfortable and spacious for Japanese standards . Check in staff were super friendly and attentive. Location is about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station and there is a 7-eleven just in front of the hotel. Excellent stay and quite near the Osaka castle. It is only two stops from Namba metro station and the neighborhood is very pleasant .

A very good experience, it was exactly what I was searching for and I tough to stay one day more but price is changing for the same room on Saturday night, like double price. Other strange thing for me is the check in time, like everywhere in Japan. Amazing hot spring but the entrance need to be paid a part and the great view of the city from the water is blocked from a cover on the window. Staff is amazing, very professional and helpful. Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool. Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning. Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon. Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible.

I like this hotel that have drink section and free ice bars at the osen floor, as well as hundreds of comic and story books, and the free massage chair. That make me really relax during stay. It is surprisingly good

This hotel was our main stay when we came to Osaka to visit Universal Studios. I chose this one because it was a little cheaper than other hotels near the park. Across the street from the hotel is the JR station, which is one stop away from Universal Studios and a 10-minute walk away. Very convenient. 2 adults 1 child, 3 single beds, stayed 2 nights, the hotel environment is good, the room is almost smaller than I expected, is smaller, clean, bright, sparrow although small five organs to describe very appropriate, play tired, When you are tired of walking, you can take a bath in the large bath and soak in the hot spring. There are men's and women's baths, no clothes or swimsuits into the water, in Japan bathing, others are not embarrassed, only you will be embarrassed, so enter the country as the customs, play with peace of mind, enjoy the holiday with peace of mind. A good hotel, recommended 👍👍👍

1 stop away from Osaka station, few stop away from universal city, consider good location if u don't mind transfer train. Hotel room is big for 3 pax, bath room comes with hot spring water. 7-11, family mart, mcd and mister donut just across the road, and eatery shops nearby
