Hotel was located at the middle of a small road. Room was quite good size for a single traveller, but was only given one pillow. If you are feeling hot in the winter months, you can open the window for ventilation as well.

✅Facilities: Very new, newly renovated, exquisite everywhere ✅Hygiene: Very good, especially clean and tidy, even people with cleanliness feel comfortable ✅Environment: Not near the main road, not in the downtown area, very quiet around, very quiet at night. There is a tea bar on the first floor, open 24 hours a day, tables, chairs, sofas are free to use. Coffee, hot water, ice water, soda water are available, and there are various tea bags: sencha, black tea. The black bean water at the front desk is also delicious! The above are all free, and there are also paid instant noodles, drinks, and snacks for sale. 💟The only drawback is: there are no cups, teapots, and kettles in the room, and you need to use your own cup to go downstairs to get hot water. ✅Service: Very good, stayed twice, met front desk staff of different nationalities, very good attitude, and extremely flexible. Other hotels do not allow check-in a minute in advance, but the front desk of this hotel is very nice. As long as it has been cleaned, you will be allowed to check in in advance. And joining the hotel membership can delay check-out for free, which is a very considerate service. ❤️Free luggage storage ✅Transportation: Quite convenient, 5-6 minutes walk from Midosuji Line Yodoyabashi Exit 11. 2 stations from Shinsaibashi, 1 station from Umeda. There are Family Mart and 7-11 in the four directions of the hotel. There are also izakayas and noodle shops around. 💟The only drawback: The room is very small, and it is difficult to open the suitcase completely and lay it on the floor when staying alone. There is no space to walk after laying it flat at the door of the toilet. ❤️My favorite point: The bed quality is great, the same as InterContinental, with a down quilt and pillows with different hardness on both sides. The pillow on the backrest has excellent support! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, with good support and no waist fatigue. I will stay here again next time!

On the first day, I followed the Google map to go to this B&B. I walked on the ground. When I was almost there, I passed a street with many sex shops on the side. It didn't feel very good. In fact, most of the way from Umeda Station to this B&B can be taken through the underground passage, which takes about 15 minutes in total. I booked a triple room. Most of the facilities in the B&B were fine, but the big bed only provided one quilt, which made it difficult for two people to sleep peacefully. In addition, I didn't get any response to the emails I sent to the owner before checking in. All check-in procedures need to pay attention to the emails sent by Ctrip (make sure the personal email address left is correct).

Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

Super good location. I was worried at first and didn't dare to stay here. The price is very cost-effective. The room is very comfortable. There is an izakaya Yamadai Yakitori downstairs. Remember to eat there. It's super delicious. It's a two-minute walk to 7-Eleven and there is also a ramen restaurant that is also delicious. It's only 2 minutes to Shinsaibashi Pedestrian Street. Can you stand it? It's so convenient. I will stay here next time!

There was no access control downstairs, which was similar to the resettlement housing in the old community in China. I suddenly felt depressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. The transportation is very convenient, close to Shinsaibashi, about 20 minutes walk... 10 minutes to the subway station, the room is relatively clean and large, with a balcony, which is nice, but there are few kitchen supplies and the kitchenware does not look particularly clean

Excellent stay with very sizeable room compared to many others that are cramped. Glad to have chosen this location as it's away from the absolutely crowded Dotonburi but not too far from station (5 min walk). Staff speak multiple languages and Family Mart right just across the road. Close to many different dining options (not just Japanese) including Chinese, Korean, Filipino
