"Dirty bed linen ripped with blood stains. Foul smell from drains permeating through the apartment. No Air con in bedroom, Air con in living room not working. Swimming pool dirty. On site bar tried to over charge for my bill fortunately I knew what I had drunk and queried the charges, It was eventually rectified, Word of advice pay your bar bill daily they will try to overcharge. Overall I cannot say anything positive about this accommodation and would strongly advise people not to book. Was so bad left hotel after a few days and paid to stay elsewhere (sadly had paid for full two weeks in advance for this abomination of a hotel)"

"Cute little hotel within walking distance of Dalyan town. 5 mins to the first cluster of restaurants, some with beautiful river side settings, another 10 into Dalyan town which is a little busier. The hotel was well presented and the staff are very attentive, cute pool area but the bathrooms are on the small side! The only little issue is the massage therapists are a separate company and if you don’t have cash you can’t pay or charge it to the room!!"

"It's located right in the city center. Parking was easy. The rooms are new and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can always go up to the upper terrace and have tea with a beautiful view. The breakfast is average, but you won't leave hungry :)"

"We stayed for 2 night. Very nice and comfortable hotel. Room is clean. Good breakfast, pool. The location is perfect, calm and peaceful but very close to the city center. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, helped to organize our boat trip. Highly recommend!"

"Had an amazing time here at Minta, Ali and his family are so hospitable and can not do enough for you. As people have previously said it is basic but clean. The sofa beds were hard but our youngest didn’t mind it. Yes you only get 1 x loo roll but it’s inexpensive to buy so no big deal. Air con was payable on arrival in Sterling. Only cash (we used TL) at the bar which served food a drinks, we only ever had snacks which were good and reasonably priced. A small hotel which was lovely and quiet (until we arrived!) the pool tended to be quiet during the day but was busier later in the afternoon. Less than 10 minute walk into town so great location. We had the best time and would definitely stay again, we’re already missing it."
