It was very difficult during check in and I charged a 100 deposit when the website stated nothing about a deposit which I shouldn’t have been charged since when I booked it didn’t say anything about but I won’t be booking here again

It was horrible experience. I booked the double bed room and requested for extra blankets. When I get to the hotel, it was weird that one lady behind the counter was screaming on phone at the customer. Than another lady try to look for us booking and her computer was working and she was banging on the computer. She than informed me that they don't have any pillows or blankets. I said ok. The hotel had a mildew smells. Checked in the room to find BLOOD STRAINS on the sheets when my son try to lay down. He freaked out and I called the front desk and the lady said i just washed new sheets and you can come and get them. I asked to change room and she denied. We wanted to leave but it was late night and I didn't know if we will find any at that time. So we adjusted. Now there is no proper breakfast. Its granola bar and coffee/ tea and muffin. THAT'S IT. so much misinformation about this place. I did complained to the front desk and she said it is what is.I can't do anything. It is Ridiculous service and place. We paid around $300 for 2 nights and was not happy with hotel and service. It was smelling, mildew and no kitchen utensils. I had to ask multiple times and I got only plates and 4 spoons. It was absurd! I will definitely not be booking again this hotel.

Rundown and outdated place. You can smell humidity and cigarette even tough I was in a non-smoking room. The Breakfast was just a ¨grab breakfast¨, small muffins and protein bars with coffee or tea.

I had cockroach in my room and I told the front desk and nothing was done and the restroom was clogged up

Tub had mold, room smelled, staff was very unprofessional!! I left early because it wasnt worth it

The hotel is dirty. The rooms are dirty. Even after house keeping, the place was still dirty. It says “no smoking” but the place smells regularly of pot.

Room smells bad. No towels. Avoid it if you can spend a little more. Looks like people lived there

I love the service, availability and parking options. And the fact we were at the parks in no time flat. Also, we are foodies so all the best places to eat are also not far whatsoever. Just beware of the people hanging around in the back of the building. There is plenty of parking even if no one was really using the back lot because of the amount of homeless people or people living in their cars having a party or hanging by the trash around there.

Older property, smells of cigarettes as soon as you walk in, dirty carpets, the kitchen was not functional, only the fridge works. There is NO Breakfast! Beds were good. Very close to universal

Property was dirty. The room had stained carpets and curtains. Bathroom was clean but needed a lot of maintenance. People sleeping in staircases.

Room smelled like ****. Bed was a spring mattress, thin blankets/comforter. No breakfast like advertised. Cheap and it shows.

I walked in and walked right back out and asked for a full refund because I would not be staying there. The room smelled like bleach and cigarettes and the receptionist was incredibly rude.
