The building and rooms were old and decaying, especially the carpet. Other than that it was o.k.

enough for solo traveler and soundproof is ok. Location is very close to UC DAVIS.

The hotel is very close to Davis University, and there are many restaurants around, so it is very convenient to eat! There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel! Although the room is not big, it is relatively complete! The bath water is also OK! The front desk staff is very patient and friendly 👍 The breakfast basically meets the needs! If the room needs to be cleaned, tell the front desk in advance! The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is too loud! Overall, the price-performance ratio is good!

The sanitation is OK, the shower water is also good, and it is only a few minutes walk from the commercial area and the school, which is very convenient. But you have to ask for room cleaning yourself, and there is no free drinking water. The breakfast is OK. The service attitude is good.

We arrived at around 8pm. The front desk left a note saying we would be back at 8:15 as we were out for dinner. The air conditioner was very noisy. We stayed on the first floor and could park our car at the door of the room. The noise was quite loud in the morning when others left.

Incomparably good. Close to UC Davis, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the campus for sightseeing. There are abundant dining options nearby and the prices are affordable. The hotel has convenient parking and it is a motor inn. The key is that the hotel provides a buffet breakfast, drinks, fruits, rice porridge and waffles 🧇, which is really happy. I stayed there for a whole week and will go again next time.

The hotel is in a very good location, in the central block of Davis, but not noisy. The room is of moderate size and clean. There is ample parking space and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is a very satisfactory accommodation experience!

The room is not big but relatively economical and comfortable, and it has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine! The service attitude of the hotel front desk is very nice. When it's not too late, I go out for a walk. There are five or six snack streets within walking distance. There are countless Asian restaurants, and there are also dessert shops like Fresh Taro Xian. Opposite the hotel is a small, well-stocked convenience store open until two or three o'clock. You can buy many things there. There is also a Chinese supermarket about fifteen minutes' walk away. You can enter the ucd campus within ten minutes' walk, and then you can see the uc davis sign. Many graduates have recently taken pictures there. There are really many restaurants with a wide range of cuisines, all within a 5-30 minute walk. Right outside my room is a famous California chain brunch restaurant. I live on the first floor, and the room I was assigned is on the outermost side, right on the roadside. The soundproofing of the room is okay.
